That's what I'm worrying about now for Euro.
I already shelled out for Black Sabbath golden circle pit on a ticket tout site so I'm definitely not looking forward to the pricing and agro with GNR to come!
Europe will be cheaper. The reason why South America and Australia are always so very expensive is because of insurance and transport being very high for just a few dates. Europe has many more dates spread out over a much smaller space, thus logistics is less of a nightmare and insurance less of a risk. Though I have to say that GnR is very expensive compared to other big bands playing there.

I might just be in Peru on October 24 for Aerosmith, will try to make my visit longer just for this show.

No, and it's not needed.
They were never needed and were only really cool if you were 16 years old.

He'll go down as one of the guitarists of GnR only Axl believed in. In the end he'll still be one of the guitarists that didn't really matter.

If those Brazilian dates are true it'd be nice, I'll be in Brazil for Aerosmith there so I'd definitely go see a show and it'd make sense, sharing a crew and equipment thus splitting the costs.

That song is way too fucking fast. It's as if no one in the band can actually keep up with it, not even the drummer himself.

Anywhere but America, Japan and Australia.

I'm getting a bit tired of Eddie and his "I can't say this" stuff. If you can't talk about it, then just don't. It comes across as bragging about you being in the circle a lot of fans would really love to be part of. And I've also got a feeling Eddie's not really part of that circle as much as he makes it come across, but that's just a gut feeling.

I've been playing guitar for over 20 years and I've got no idea how to play that, so yeah I can't play this. But really, the reason is because I find stuff like this incredibly pointless. It doesn't fit in any song, so what's the point other than to make noise? I don't get it. Not with Ashba, nor with other players who do stuff like this.

I'm still not excited. I've a feeling they're all just doing it for the money as opposed to just genuinely wanting to play together again. I'll get excited if Axl sounds decent. If he doesn't, then what's the point, really? Music's supposed to sound good and Guns N' Roses haven't sound good in over 20 years now. I'm not expecting much with the new incarnation.

I'd pay good money to see that band play live again. Ain't Life Grand is generic but so is Appetite. Yet it all works so well, both are outstanding albums and it's easily the best album Slash has released since departing from Guns N Roses. Shame he hates it though.

Too much risk? Of course there's fucking risks, there's risks with everything, that's why you have contracts, i don't believe for a second that these 'promoters' won't book gnr because of the risks, its more like those festivals are too small and they can't afford gnr, fucking knobs
Nonsense, do a bit of reading before you spout off bullshit like that. Pinkpop had the Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys and Metallica playing on its last edition and is one of the biggest festivals in Europe. I doubt its got anything to do with money, and Axl has proven that he doesn't really care about contracts anyway. Fucking knob.

I've a feeling these opinions on Ultimate Classic Rock are a lot more valid than those of the few Axl fanboys on here. Axl having Slash and Duff play with his band is pretty much what Axl envisioned 20 years ago, and it's obviously not the reunion fans have been hoping for. Gilby + Matt I can live with because that was a real band back then. This one just isn't, no matter what kind of spin they're giving it.
-
Fingers crossed he just didn't get the memo in regards to being out of the band.
-
I like Contraband, it's a pretty good hard rock album. Sure, it's got its flaws, but then again, people always seem to expect another Appetite whenever GnR members are involved.
-
It's a sad state of affairs when I've become more interested in the lips of that other woman than what the 2 actually have to say in regards to a reunion.
-
The credits for Michael Jackson's records since 1992 have always been a little bit vague.
-
Slash has been politely declining the rumors for quite a few years. Just because they apparantly talked doesn't mean this suddenly means there must be a reunion in the works. People on here always seem to amaze me, trying to make something bigger than it is just to be able to confirm their hopes and dreams.

They didn't forget where they came from, it's just that Steven's life has been nothing but relapses. Obviously they're not going to do business with a guy who's record is 21 months or whatever it is this week.

You gotta be kidding. You know he fluctuates from song to song right? Even line to line.100E if Axl's capable of singing. If it sounds anything like the last few tours I still wouldn't go.
If the unpredictable quality of Axl's voice stopped you going to a guns concert you'd never have seen them on the illusions tour either.
I've heard pretty much every bootleg out there from the UYI tour and know his voice was different every night. And despite his voice sounding rough on plenty of shows, Mickey Mouse was nowhere in sight.

That song Watch This has got to be one of the worst instrumentals Slash has ever done.

GTA V was just released for PC. Just saying.

I'm not sure what shows you're seeing in the U.S. because pretty much every band playing there is more expensive over there than they're over here.
