  1. Abrams met with George Lucas prior to writing Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

In an interview with IGN at Star Wars Celebration Event in Chicago, Abrams discussed how he met with the 74-year-old franchise creator prior to writing the script to help craft an epic conclusion audiences and the possibility that his creative involvement might have led to the return of Ian McDiarmid’s Emperor Palpatine.

“This movie had a very, very specific challenge, which was to take eight films and give an ending to three trilogies, and so we had to look at, what is the bigger story? We had conversations amongst ourselves, we met with George Lucas before writing the script,” Abrams said. “These were things that were in real, not debate, but looking at the vastness of the story and trying to figure out, what is the way to conclude this? But it has to work on its own as a movie, it has to be its own thing, it has to be surprising and funny and you have to understand it.”

It wouldn't be renaming though.  It would be something completely different from a Jedi.  Jedis were only focused on the light side as a means of balancing out the dark side.

A Skywalker could be a force-sensitive individual who is able to balance both within themselves.

I'd have to say no. The skywalker saga is at an end in this film. They're moving on from Skywalkers. IIRC Rian Johnson and others were starting a new chapter with new characters in the next set of movies. Unless we find out Rey is an actual Skywalker, I'd have to say that theory is out of the question.

I kinda don't believe it. It's to soon for a leaked artwork, beside anyone can make this and some do. The knights of Ren? I read a story of a guy who saw part of the film and said there was no mention of the Knights, but take that for what it's worth. I would love to see it though, I'm just  skeptical of things that can be fan made.

You haven't worked on it yet?

Slash: No, but I know everyone involved wants to do this record. We're talking about it and Axl already has a ton of material which I can copy from and make you think it's original. I think we're in phenomenal form to get started.

    Fixed it for you.

  5. My 18 yr. old Rat Terrier torn her cranial cruciate ligament (ACL) in her back knee. She is limping now. Vet is currently giving her "Platelet Rich Plasma" treatments. A process of taking her own blood and separating the platelets and injecting it back into the injury to promote healing. It could be months before she can walk properly. I've read stories of people doing nothing for it and their dog begins to walk because scar tissue will begins to form and take over some ligament function, but I couldn't let her suffer so I opted for the treatments instead of surgery. Hopefully It will make a difference!

He was my favorite character on Beverly Hills 90201. The Fox network is set to re-boot the show in the summer with all original cast members.

Luke and Shannen declined to appear in the reboot according to several news reports I read.

Almost always it's graphic content (nude shots).  The problem before was that the previous owner ignored all the warnings that Adsense sent.  It resulted in the site being flagged, which meant that every time we removed the violating content Google would do another search and find more nudie pics.  We decided to remove all the old posts to a closed section of the forum and bring back smaller sections at time organize by year (which became Yesterdays in the Archives).  That way Google restored our account and we could address violations one year at a time.

Ah I see. That explains the yesterdays archives. Can't remember ever seeing nude pics, but that's probably due to good monitoring here. Thanks.

The only source of funding for this place is Google Adsense so the only way I could keep it operating was to do the heavy lifting and sift through all the old posts and remove content that violated Adsense terms.  So we have to play ball with Adsense and work with our host provider to make this whole thing work.

Not that I understand Google Adsense, but what could possibly violate terms? It's just words on typed on the internet right? Is conservatism considered hate speech? lol. Just curious.
