Every time I sign in or change my password it says "Connections are not secure and logins can be compromised." Looks like the forum is unsafe.

Never played the original. So I'm pretty pumped! As required by law, I must purchase every Zelda game ever made!

Because Guns N' Roses was originally a combination of Hollywood Rose and LA Guns and the other connections with the other bands.
I mean, am I speaking Spanish here people? Read what I previously posted below.
Quote"after the AFD5 assembled, LA Guns have no relevance to GN'R."
PERIOD.

Not like Axl was sitting in the audience anyway. At least Al showed up!

simply because "the scene" was quite big back then, with people fluctuating between bands quite frequently. the lineup changes are quite relevant -
Sure, considering how the band formed but after the AFD5 assembled, LA Guns have no relevance to GN'R.

Curious why you would include LA guns, other than the original incarnation they have nothing to do with GN'R. What about other bands like London, Rapidfie and such? I think that's more relevant to the history.

Nope. Closest he came would've been if you counted a parody of Live & Let Die. I don't know if he was planning to sound like GN'R or closer to the original but McCartney shot it down so it doesn't matter.
Does this count?

I remember soaking in my bathtub while watching this in the bathroom. lol. Thought it was odd Steven wasn't there, but we all know why now.

Growing up on MTV, of course I remember him in Steve Via video and the Band Bad 4 Good. Not that they ever went anywhere, but it's a nice little foot note in rock history.

I'm almost sure I remember reading this, although it could be my youthful imagination - but wasn't there a story about Steven Tyler bumming Steven Adler on a tour bus? If I remember correctly, it was something Adler mentioned quite casually
bumming?

Looks like Auqaman has beaten The Dark Knight Rises to be come the highest grossing DC film so far (unadjusted for inflation of course) I Haven't seen the film yet, but good for them considering the character of Aquaman was a joke before the film came out. lol

Cool vids. I seen some of them, but not all.
Side note: the clip of Steven licking a girls shoulder is a deleted scene from WTTJ video. Taken out due to MTV disapproving.

I take all these rumors/leaks with a grain of salt. I remember reading the thread on The Last Jedi, only a few plot points were correct there was a fake title in there too, which was completely false. So...

UYI's can be seen as a way of getting it all out there and also a last gasp effort of original material before the band imploded.

This.
In Steven's book, he mentions getting raped by some guys who offered him pot. Not that it's a good story, but it explains a lot why rock stars are so messed up and become addicts and live the rock n' roll life style.

From what I remember, Axl didn't think they could pull it off, Someone said to him (perhaps it was Marc Canter) It's Slash's baby. Eventually, Bumblefoot brought up the idea of doing it and they started rehearsing it and wound up adding it to the set.

Highest grossing DCEU movie so far. Close to beating the dark knight rises but i doubt it will get there.

Probably grasping for straws here, but I feel like Axl got the idea/inspiration for the line "Cause I think we've seen that movie too" from an Elton John song called 'I've Seen That Movie Too'. It makes sense given that Axl is a huge fan.
That's possible, considering Axl gives thanks to Elton and his "lover" in the liner notes on YCBM.

Bought both of cassettes that next morning. Still have them too. Even saved the warning sticker on it. This is the best pic I could find.

So they just took your money?
Well it was 1990. I sent a money order and never received the product. No way to contact them except by mail. lol

Very nice. Thanks for sharing. Brings back memories of 1990. I ordered several Items (about $30 worth) from their fan club and never received them. To this day I'm still not happy about it. lol

I'm still unclear why anyone is upset with the OP.
No. I don't see anyone upset, just heartbroken to see the tapes we have talked about for years! Literally sitting there in a picture just to see them sent back to GN'R and possibly nothing done with them.

to lock the thread?
Just my way of saying "end of thread" because what Zombux said was the absolute truth and nothing else can be added, the tapes are gone forever.

in any other "normal band", you would be absolutely right.
but given how GNR work, this stuff will probably rot in some closet together with all the mid- and late 90's tapes, Perfect Crime movie, UYI proshots and pretty much anything else, for, like, forever.
maybe some lucky ones among us will see the stuff at 100th AFD release anniversary edition, but that's as close as I can see any "release" of this stuff.
the stuff is in fact not "safely stored", but "safely shelved".

Bohemian Rhapsody trailer released (film due Nov)
in SEEN THAT MOVIE TOO
Posted
Watched this today. It was very dry and unsensational. Nothing shocking or provocative about it. Seen it once, no need to see it again. I would give it a "C-". The only thing cool about it was how close the actors resemble the original musicians.
