Yeah in 2006 I saw them at Hammerstein twice and MSG as well. Front row every time. All three had the usual GA rules, I just had to be absolutely sure it was the same for these shows. This year I'm going to East Rutherford. Absolutely. Fucking. Psyched.

When I went to East Rutherford in 2006, the GA was split front and back. Showed up at 1pm and was the 8th person in line behind a few Venezuelans. FOR NOTHING! I could have showed up an hour before the show and had the same damn experience. Not sure what numbers were which though, so I wish I could help more. I would call the IZOD center and try to find out.

Axl took something and made a whole new song out of it. It happens. Matt just remembers incorrectly.

I don't think it matters at all. If Axl played Matt 2 piano songs Back to Back it could sound

the same in his mind, that it's just a 20 min song. It would all sound the same to a person

who doesn't play piano. But in the end Matt would know more than us anyway, he was there.

Alot of musicians take unused parts and add them to different songs, It's nothing new.

...I'm sure people have shown up to VR concerts dressed as Axl. I don't think any of them care.

I don't post often but I read this forum everyday.. The orlando show was mind blowing for me.. Standing in line since 4.30pm ,raining a little bit,then its time to finally enter the arena,got front row center.. Ron came out to say hi to the fans,got a guitar pick from him!Then "fuckcherry" comes on stage and couldn't wait for them to leave,fucking sucked! (Sorry B fans) then waited some more for GNR to take the stage, lights go down .. WOW! I was a little bit in shock when I saw AXL, so close.. He was in such a great mood.. They were all!! I'm an Original GNR supporter but this blew my mind.. Estranged was very emotional (even tho they fucked up the intro)but .. Wow... The Man himself was on Fire! Smiling,made eye contact with him like 3X! (No homo.lol) RQ,better,NR,nightrain.. Wow.. Sung every song... I'd much rather get a CD song ,new song or even an old song like locomotive played instead of "riff raff" but whatever... He nailed it..his voice was amazing! No words to explain .. My voice and my ears are still fucked up but what the hell.. I just had Axl fucking Rose in front of me singing the shit outta this songs.. Wow.. Long live GNR!

Black Frog is Axl's Publishing Co. I assume for CD and any future releases. It has nothing to do with past releases.

Slash, Duff and Axl still have certain rights to the back catalouge. They all sued the record company to stop the

release of 'Greatest Hits'. I doubt they would ever get together to release a box set, although one can dream, EH?

Be a real man and skip the opening act. Showing up early and watching the opening act is so not rock and roll.

At the show i'm going to I have VIP-GA tickets. So If I want to be right up front I'd have to get there early

and wait like 4 hours until GN'R come on, right? I don't like waiting but that's the price you pay to get front row.

from my experience u can wait until the first 30 seconds after GnR (or any band starts). The crowd always moves forward a bit.....so u just find the biggest guy and follow as close behind him as possible. Especially if he has a hot girl with him. U just follow them like your part of his group. U usually don't get front row, but you can easily get row two and then halfway thru the show when front rowers leave or get carried out - u move in. Look for girls, or couples where it looks like the guy is a fan and the girl just came along because of him. Them we she can't take the heat and pressure.....you can slip in when they have to leave.
