Order the super deluxe edition through Deepdiscount.com. 15% off code BLOOM15 expires Wednesday at 12pm central time. Use it tonight to get the SDE for just under $127!

Thank you! I just ordered and it was right under $127!!!  I feel better now, I didn’t have warm fuzzy feelings about spending $193 before lol.

Have you ever bought from deep discount? Any worries about them not shipping when it’s released?

sure nothing wrong with that..but from a higher perspective was it really necessary?

Wasn't necessary to the people who aren't going to those gigs.  But to the ones who are going, we don't care what was necessary or not.  Bottom line, I don't work for the band as no one on this board does.  None of us know why they chose the markets they chose.  They had their reasons and lucky for me, I get to see them again.

I'm rather short so I think I'm going to stick with seats.  Thats not to say the pit wouldnt be amazing though:headbang:

I aim for first level.  That way you are overlooking the pit and having to worry less about a tall person blocking your view.  On PIT level, you are on the same level.  But, in the stands, it's like a basketball football or baseball game, each row of seats is elevated as you move up a row .  So, the person in front of you is sitting a few inches lower than you, which helps with the view.

GNR has two massive screens on either side of the stage so no matter what, you have the opportunity to see.

I'm an older dude, the desire to be in the pit is less appealing to me then good seats.

Gibbo, I'd love it.  Can you upload it?

  5. Okay, for $100.00... (this is me thinking realistically, not crazy stuff like "release brand new album and a DVD from every era")

    • BluRay of 4/1/16 show, includes interviews, anything related to this show
    • Not In This Lifetime tour book (autographed by the band)
    • Audio CD of one of the 2016 shows (whichever the band felt was the best show)
    • Miscellaneous items like a tour pass, stickers, etc (throw in stuff to make you feel you are getting extra value)

Make it a limited edition of 15,000 with each box set numbered.

Now...this is what I think would be realistic.  I prefer what you guys are saying

  6. I agree 110% with the people who comment that Steven Adler is not worth the risk for a full reunion tour.  However, here's my complaint...

If you've brought Steven out to a show.  Do more than just two songs.  If you're committed to Frank to do the entire tour and realizing that you will have one-offs here and there with Steven, then make those appearances more.  Let Steven do 4-5 songs at the shows you are already letting him play at.
