If you search "Hard Skool"  "Hard School" or "HardSchool" The number one result is "Shadow of your love"

"HardSkool" without the space brings up nothing.

This is interesting as fuck, Spotify isn't Google and it doesn't work like Google... It's not showing up in there because people searched for Gun's N Roses Hard Skool.  Something else is at work.

I found that fascinating.  This is a smoking gun imo.

I don't know a ton about how this stuff works, but I know that people who DO spoil releases on Steam prior to announcements because they can see shit uploaded in preparation.   I'm hoping this is the same sort of thing, some kind of tags or pre-uploaded/pre-release stuff is giving away the game.

Ok I tried it. It doesn't exactly bring up GNR as an artist but there are playlists associated with GNR.

That's because people (mostly GNR fans) have created playlists with the title Hard School or Hardschool.

So the AI thing might suggest GNR. It's nothing special.

After years of straining night after night on the road, with little proper rest and in many cases smoking, drinking, and drug abuse mixed in, damage is done. That's why rock singers often lose the capacity to sing their older songs as they were recorded and end up forced to play them in lower keys as they age. Their vocal range constricts. Their capacity to make large melodic leaps declines, leading many singers to embrace a form of talk-singing, in which a song's melody is merely gestured at and approximated. This damage can also limit an artist's capacity to produce new music as vibrant as what they once wrote and performed.

Sounds like it's written by some anti-rock priest or church.

    thanks for the replies, guys

man, this must be mighty irritating dealing with Axl. The guy is just never to blame but in reality he rarely ever does the right thing. No show in Tacoma 02 ? "I would've gotten there eventually". No show in Philly 02? "I cancelled, but my manager forgot to tell ya". No show in Europe 2001? "My manager forgot to tell me we have a tour". And shit never changed, I was watching 2017 Munich the other day and he said "haven't played here since 1993. Promoter's fault".

how do fuck you get sick on a tour anyway? you're on the job, take care of yourseful, fool, earn the money, promote the record so you can have a fuckin mini zoo at home, don't go out drinkin all night on tour so you call in sick the morning of the show and blame Dougie for it. People travel, people make arrangements, babysiters, shit like that , uugh

Axl blames everything and everyone but not himself.

Dude still has issues with IEMs every show and no technology can meet his high expectation till today. Technology's fault.

What?  How is this insider info?

I'm analyzing a post that Russ linked us too at another forum.

I've no idea who the poster is.  Whoever it is seems to be mirroring what I'm saying - as of 2008, there wasn't anywhere near 3 albums worth of material.

but here is another source, working with another producer, and look what they are working on:

If the info is to be believed, it again highlights what I've been saying all along.

Almost everything is pulled from the locker leaks.

I've heard people saying the locker leaks are just a fraction of the work etc, but here is another source, working with another producer, and look what they are working on:

    • OMG
    • Silkworms
    • Going Down
    • Atlas Shrugged
    • HardSkool
    • Oklahoma (instrumental)
    • Cuban Skies (instrumental)
    • The General (instrumental)
    • Devious Bastard (instrumental)
    • Me & My Elvis (instrumental)
    • Tonto (instrumental)

The guy says anything of interest was released for ChiDem and virtually nothing else was finished.

Maybe that has changed now, but I doubt it.

Dude you're all over the place with your insider info.

If I say I believe you, will you stop?

I would hope Fernando has thick skin, though. I don't think he would be scared off if he decides to post in the first place

Removed; just to show you how serious I am.

Besides I didn't know he's coming. As always he's entering places without prior announcements so...

This is definitely a big issue with CD. They cut/pasted the soul out of it and you can tell. There’s a reason outside the obvious as to why people don’t typically sit around for 10+ years working on an album…because it doesn’t help it sound better!! Are there any songs on it that actually sound superior to earlier versions leaked or played live?

No. In fact it's the opposite. Majority of CD songs sound better in earlier versions lol

Dizzy lived with some shit band that shared a rehearsal space with axl in the early .   He became friends with axl.

dizzy was broke years later and saw who could help him.

Called Axl with his sob story.

    joined guns n roses.

    simple

If you wanna get hired by Axl for positions such as Manager or even band member you gotta play broke.

No YOU are the one living in another reality. They are just hired guns like everyone else. Axl releases what he says. No other scenario.

I think I get your point. But one thing is certain. Slash & Duff are being asked about their opinions by Axl. They might also recommend playing some VR live. Subject to review/approval by Axl.

They're more than just employees such as Richard, Frank and Reese.

However I also believe that ultimately it's Axl who decides on releases, new songs in the set etc.

I don't see any other way to work with the mad man. Everyone conform to his rules. or else, out.

Yeah! Get with the program! Any bad things that happen is TB's fault (and not Axl's) and anything good is Axl's doing despite TB efforts to twarth.

No. The point I was trying to make was that TB (add Slash+Duff) has no say in how and when the new material is released. It's all up to Axl.

And Yes, TB is a failure anyway.

And you know why they're unprofessional and pathetic? take a look at these. There are at least 30+ more:

...although it would mean that band would not be able to play large venues in the USA in the future without making changes.

All these comments under instagram/twitter like "I LOVE YOU AXEL", "ooh por dios santo! so excited!!!", COME TO MEXICO, BRAZIL, etc"

proves us wrong unfortunately. The demand for the shit show is still high imo.
