  1. Nah WWE is legit in a boom period. They've been doing legitimate sell outs for house shows and having all time gate and merch records set every couple of weeks. Part of that is inflation of prices of course, but also they've been on fire pretty much since the return to full crowds.
  2. Sometimes. On the other hand, in 3 1/2 years of existence, they have multiple biggest and second biggest gates for multiple arenas and even nationwide since 1999. MLW has been running the ECW Arena for like the past year of shows.
  3. Roommates and close friends with a convicted pedophile, even after the conviction. Repeated hiring of wrestlers with long histories of physical and sexual abuse.
  4. Perhaps. But Impact and MLW aren't selling 70k tickets to Wembley Stadium without even announcing anything. I think the biggest venue MLW ever ran was around 5k seater as part of a joint show. Most of their shows in recent years have been in the hundreds to 2500k fans, which is successful for the level they run. They are mid level and do well at their level and don't try to run bigger venues than they can sell out. To describe that as extremely successful is misleading to a lol degree because some people in the GNR community are marks for MSL despite him being an absolute scumbag creep (Court Bauer as well).
  5. MLW is successful for the level it is at, which is well, well, well below WWE and AEW, and more in line with modern Impact, which I don't think anyone would say is "extremely successful".
  6. There is nothing numetal about OMG. It's not even really industrial, either.
  7. There aren't even jazz chords on Riad. There's the riff, some barre chords, and a couple of octave chords which are just power chords with the middle string muted.
  8. I can not imagine this is an issue for them at all. They're making more money than they ever did in their first run, with a lot of downtime and freedom to do whatever and release whatever in between tours.
  9. Obviously the only thing this could be is Silver Shamrock Halloween masks of the AFD 3 skullz, just in time for Halloween 2024.
  10. The Silkworms with Bumblefoot that is the version that was remade into Absurd also has the weird off time vocals. It's actually also sped up at the end of the verse to catch up. It's a very strange choice for sure, but was a choice Axl made years before the reunion even happened.
  11. Probably the best Prostitute performance under any line up of the band. Really should be using Melissa's vocals in more songs, too.
  12. For now, its a novelty in the same way as the CD/VR mash ups. It could get real sketchy in the future, but could also just as easily be another tool used by the artists themselves to produce something like Pro Tools and auto tuning allowed for further creativity.
  13. Honestly I think this is Axl's best look of not just the entire reunion, but probably since the CD era began. He looks healthy, happy, fit, dignified, still seems cool without succumbing to time trends like 2002-2010, and also not covering up in a bunch of gaudy shit like 2011-2014. The whole band seems super energized. Feels like this is the right time to put out a few songs or something.
  14. 1. In regards to Bumblefoot, Ron absolutely did just shred noodles for his solos in 2006-2007. 2. It's quite ironic that Robin plays Slash's solos better than Slash plays Robin's solos.
  15. Better and TIL seem to be the only CD songs Slash really worked out a solo instead of just improvising every night. But only after a bad improv on each in the first couple of reunion shows.
