Because the OP has ruthlessly trashed Kat in the past (for her photo style) and maybe feels bad.

I'm sure there must be plenty of evidence. Also, it may not have been "that bad" in 2016 and progressively gotten worse as time went by. I doubt she had any access to Axl outside of taking photos during the shows, and even then, likely very little verbal contact.

Also, everyone has the right to defense. It's better to wait for the trial to make any final judgments (see the Kevin Spacey case). the strange thing is that she made the accusation 7 years later - why didn't she do it in 2016?

She was being paid, traveling, fancy hotels etc... Hopefully these creeps will get what's coming to them, assuming the accusations are true (there seems to be a lot of smoke)

Seems like it wasn't a problem worth fighting for (but worth documenting since 2016), until she wasn't brought back in 2022 (not sure if the law suit indicates if she quit or wasn't called back).

Seems like she was documenting this for the past 8 years. I wonder what took her so long to come forward. Her days were numbered once 4Tus was done with her. Hope she gets a really good settlement.

I honestly won’t be surprised either way. Monsters could even end up a single and Atlas the b-side to it for vice versa. We won’t know anything for sure until the 7”ers are delivered.

I don't really understand why they're doing it when production of a 12" or a CD would remove the problem and we'd be able to buy it in decent quality.

It's been rejected once because of dreadful sound quality, which may well be because they tried to put them both on. 

They won't have any success a second time either with the sound, unless they leave Monsters off!
