Good review . How far from the stage where you?. Agree we need new music for them to justify people to attend, especially the diehards.

I was in the pit dead center at the end of the ramp.

I shot a good Dead Horse video (given proximity) if anyone wants it.  I never post videos (especially under this current regime) but if someone wants it, it’s available.

In the year 2019, how you would not want videos of your mammoth tour to be all over YouTube where everyone watches bands and shows and shit, is beyond me. And for her to insult and talk about a well liked and respected #1 fan of the band on line like that? Wow. Fuck this management team. What a fucking joke. They gotta make a change before TB completely fucks up and ruins a potential great new era...

Agree with you 100%. Only reason I could see why they don’t want videos out there is because Axl looks and sounds terrible. I bet they have an “emperor has no clothes” relationship with him

  3. I have no words. This is corporate malfeasance, embarrassing, and pathetic. I am glad she posted to IG with a defensive and illogical response.  Hope a real journalist picks this up and gives GNR the bad PR coverage they deserve due to this management team.

Love the band but this has to stop.

....that'll be why I put "sweeping generalization consciously". Obviously.

I fully disagree though (especially as the gap between the rich and the poor grows daily) that people being able to drop $300 on a concert ticket is the result of 'hard work'. It's a luxury for the wealthy.....which is a big factor as to why GNRs audience are as they are now, and why we see many complaints on here about audiences being so un-engaged with the  performances.

Not to say everyone that is able to do so DOESN'T work hard of course. But all this should go without saying really.

Agree to disagree.  There are plenty of $50 tickets in the upper sections for these shows. $300 isnt a default

There are different price tiers for a reason.

I suppose my biggest issue with your first post was how it assumed people who are paying $200/$300 a ticket needed to fuck someone over. That’s so ridiculous that it defies logic. That logic could be reversed: those who can’t afford a premium ticket are lazy. Clearly a nonsense statement

Agree income equality is a major issue of our time, but don’t think a GNR show is a relevant representation of the problem

To my ears it wasn't as bad as a lot of people are saying, just a little sloppy at points.....which is fine, if you're a drunken bar band midway through an antagonistic performance.

I think the reason people are perhaps making more of an issue about how this sounds is that we're talking performances with VERY high ticket prices here, played out to an audience of (largely) safe, bland people out for their annual fix of box-ticking 'rock n roll' before they return to their corporate jobs firing and screwing over the sort of people they used to be. (Sweeping generalization here consciously!) When you're faced with THAT, and the big pay-cheques that come with it, people's perception of what is acceptable on-stage changes hugely.

Everything needs to be slick because of that....and if it isn't questions are asked about why, in a way previously they haven't. Simply put- if you're charging some of the highest prices in the musical world, EVERYTHING has to justify that, and rehearsals are the time to weed out any and all mistakes.

Personally, I'd rather a more 'warts and all' performance, to a more receptive crowd at cheaper prices. But that's not what this is.

Agree performance was not that bad. And it was fun to hear.

The rest of this a sweeping generalization. God forbid that old GNR fans grew up, got jobs, and now can afford to treat themselves to a $100-$300 night out.  Success doesn’t equal fucking others over.  It’s usually hard work + a bit of luck.  Sheesh

    I'm sorry... I can't hold it in.

Nebraska 'litho' is straight up 100% wet-dog-smell hot trash.

I mean, let's forget for a second about how ridiculous the design is. It genuinely looks like it was made in under five minutes in Photoshop by a third-grader stuck in 1995. The skeleton is holding a gun in its left hand... but holding it right-handed! How does this pass for official merchandise?! Pathetic. Truly. Utterly. Pathetic.

Damn. That’s pretty bad. Looks very tacky.  They could have done something cool with a “down on the farm” theme

    Rick's an idiot.

Advertises his leak adventures all over the internet and lets TB know of his involvement.

Advertises his concert attendance on his social media and lets TB know of it.

Gets banned for life, which was the least TB and GN'R could theoretically do.

Prepares to test the limits of that, advertises his next attendance on social media.

    Rick's an idiot.

I have no sympathy for someone who so willingly paints a target on his back and then protests about it. This all wouldn't have happened if he hadn't gloated about the leaks in the first place.

Well said and totally agree. I had some sympathy initially, but this is just stalker-like behavior.  Also, who has time for all of this bullshit?

Naming your child Axl is legit scary.  Axl and TB may need to look into a restraining order
