Numerous times, especially if we count the times he was sued as part of GN'R, and definitely way more times than he sued.

As far as we know, Axl was sued by:

    - His neighbour in 1991

    - Alongside GN'R by people and companies related to the St. Louis riot (at least 6 different lawsuits)

    - Stephanie in 1994 (though he sued her first)

    - Erin in 1994

    - Robert John in 2003

    - Three times by Slash and Duff (in 2004, 2005 and 2007)

    - An art gallery in 2006 (for not fully paying for a painting he had agreed to buy)

    - A security guard in 2007 (for allegedly kicking him during a 2006 show)

    - A car company in 2010 (for returning a damaged car)

    - Azoff in 2010

    - Pitman in 2016

    - And in 2023 by Sheila Kennedy and (alongside GN'R) by the woman who claims she was hit by his mic.

GN'R (the original band or the Axl/Slash/Duff partnership or NuGnR) has been sued by:

    - Vicky Hamilton in 1987

    - Twice by Chris Weber (in 1989 and 1998) for publishing rights

    - An MTV photographer in 1990 (for being pushed and hit by Axl's brother Stuart, who he thought was his bodyguard, at the MTV Awards)

    - Steven in 1991

    - Gilby in 1995

    - A Spanish concert promoter in 1995 (for cancelling a show in Spain in 1992)

    - Someone who claimed he had written Don't Cry in 2000 (ridiculous lawsuit)

    - Cleopatra Records in 2005 (for trying to stop the release of Hollywood Rose songs)

    - A German composer in 2009 (for plagiarizing the intro to Riad on CD)

    - And in 2023 by Kat.

I'm sure there were many more, e.g. for the Montreal riot, the no-show in Philadelphia, cancelled shows, etc.

Axl should change his name to sue

Well Axl being a happy man and getting good press was great while it lasted. I bet he says fuck this shit, I’m out!
Watching the documentary she clearly says it wasn’t rape, it was consensual. They were all young, dumb and on all kinds of drugs. It’s so convenient that the statute of limitations waiver expires in a few days and this comes like a week after GNR was in the news about their managers sexual assault allegations. But the mainstream press will likely roll with her side of the story, and the majority of people will hear that and not look any further. I think this is the beginning of the end for Axl being the happy guy we saw on stage this year, and GNR in general.

I reckon the case will be thrown out. Her story isnt consistant. She is on video saying it was consentual. It becomes a he say she say in court and Axl has video of her saying it was consentual.

I don't like when Duff talks feminism. He likes to re-contextualize GNR lyrics as 'progressive' when there are very clear examples of racism, misogyny, homophobia, etc. Who gives a fuck, but he should own it.

Talking about panic attacks and adopting shelter dogs and having it all documented in People Magazine... I don't know. He's older now, so maybe this is who he is, but it feels manipulative.

And Duff is full of shit. The feminist movement would have loved duff when he was taking part of blowjob contests with groupees backstage.

No shit. If you wanna be an obvious dick be my guest. He is the reason GNR does them and he did for the fans. I dont know why expressing some gratitude for that is something you need to shit on.

If he did them for the fans they would be free with a ticket sale.

Reality is its another high priced item they sell for profits.

Axl probably wouldn't get rid of Fernando completely, but I don't think he would have a problem to remove him from management and demote him to a lower position on the side.

The real problem is who would replace him, because I doubt that Axl would want to go back to having a manager from the industry. So it would have to be someone else from inside. Beta has retired from being manager and Vanessa seems to be doing well as Axl's assistant but there's a big difference between that and being the general manager of the band (although it's fair to say that anyone would do a better job than Fernando). They could get either Slash's or Duff's manager to manage the whole band, but it's not going to happen.

Axls partly the problem thinking any idiot can pull off managing a big band. He needs to bite the bullet and get professionals on board.

Why so quick to basically dismiss a person's claims of harassment immediately jumping to a thousand alternate explanations that paint her as a liar/unreliable narrator that is just a scorned photographer?

Going "hell hath no fury like a photographer scorned" sounds like you already are crafting your own narrative, and considering you are a lawyer (or at least claim you are), that is a bit concerning to me

Agree here. He sounds like Fernandos lawyer if anything.

I am sure Kat has sms, email and other evidence to back up her claims. If she was just after money she could have put the claims on Axl or a band member not this rat.

This is also not the first time Team Brazil/Fernando hasnt paid staff or contracters

I'm not buying the copyright infringement by Kat. I would be shocked if GNR didn't present documents to her regarding her photographs. I think that GNR is correct with that aspect. Regarding the sexual harassment, I think that needs further investigation.  I'm going to withhold further judgment on this until there are more facts. I don't think those facts nor evidence will be displayed for public consumption, though. In all likelihood, the suit by GNR and countersuit by Kat will be  settled privately.

For those that are saying this is the end of GNR just relax!!! That thinking is hyperbole. Most cases are settled out of court, which I think this will happen with this case.

No one is saying its the end of GNR but everyones hoping its the end of Fernando and team brazil
