Listened to the first hour. Awesome so far.
Teddy sounds like a really nice guy and a has a great insight into the illusions tour.

I'm sure they have done the instruments for a new SMKC album but who knows if Myles has done any vocals at all. It could be years before that's completed then mixing and so ons done.
His only just started his solo tour in support for his new record and supposedly has to record and tour with Alter Bridge in 2019.
The other possibility is maybe this is a new project without Myles......

Anyone heard anything about a new izzy album? He dropped a few singles and then everythings gone silent again.

Thanks for all this sharing of thoughts. I’m out of likes. I wanna let you know that funnily I actually agree with all of you and your thoughts have been in my mind, too. @kkferro72 I love you for loving and trusting Izzy so much, you know I do too, but from time to time I need to ask those questions because I do get confused by this whole clusterfuck of a band. Lovely word.
I can imagine Izzy wanting to share loot and work like in 87, „doing it right“ and I also see that the stooges wouldn’t let him into the partnership again. I do agree on him being very likely more emotional than he would ever let out and that he just used the loot tweet to shut everybody up.
Maybe it was only about respect and he thought that even out of the partnership he should get a fair deal because he started the band, wrote big parts for most of the songs and so on.
The money grabbing issue became so obvious at AFD 30, thanks (or not ) for reminding me, @Archtop That really did show a lot about all of them. And I also agree that Izzy and Steven don’t fit into a corporate thing as they have been living and working freely for the last 20 or more years.
GnR def is Izzy’s piggy bank (another lovely word) and he uses it like it. I wonder if Izzy only played with Axl in 06 and 12 for the money. Because if he was so keen (and emotinal) on "doing it right“ in 2016 then he could not have liked what he saw and heard at 06 and 12.
End of story is, we know nothing, band will never share info, Izzy will never let anything out to not betray his piggy bank and also to have his personal privacy and the hanger’s on will start shit with giving no info-info and saying they know so much more but cannot share.
Izzy did get paid out by the others though for selling his share of the partnership. I wonder if izzy would of repaid that money at all or he just assumed they would let him back in equal share for nothing.

Pretty sure it was one of the first Adler ones. Remember hearing there was arguing between Izzy and Adler at the sound check

With his debut solo album, Rock 'n Roll Ain't Easy out today, Dizzy Reed dropped by the studio to appear as this week's special guest on The Music Podcast With Dave & Neil.
Recorded out of Vienna People studios in Sydney, the Guns N' Roses keyboardist touched on why he decided to release his first-ever solo LP after over 30 years as an active musician and his favourite spots in Sydney.
Reed also touched on future GNR plans, the iconic rock band's upcoming European tour and the possibility of new music.
He will launch the album this Sunday at Frankie's Pizza in Sydney; click on theGuide for more details.

Not yet, but I will. Fernando or Beta would be an amazing conversation.
I happily and surprisingly have to admit that I can get guests of note now, so all these interview ideas are welcome and appreciated. Right now I'm trying to do 1 episode a week and can only book so far in advance. Ideally though, it would be cool to pump out 2 or more a week so we can get to all these guest/interview ideas sooner. However for that to be worth it for me (time-wise), hopefully a goal of getting this podcast sponsored will happen.
Not sure if you still use this @Fernando @Dexter 😊
@Gambit83 try messaging and asking Meegan on insta if slash will sit down for a chat.
Shes very responsive to fans. Very nice woman.

Yeah I will agree. No matter what some people say on here Beta and Fernando seem to be doing a great job for the fans and for Axl and crew.

Blood Sugar sounded great but that was before Rubin got into the loudness war.
Look up the "unmastered" version of Californication. Sounds much better than the final version imo. By the Way sounded really good though. Stadium Arcadium was a little much again but not as bad as Californication.
Thanks i will check out the unmastered version and compare.
Still was a great record in my opinion.

Correct.
GNR please stay away from Rubin!Rubin has some great stuff. Only really bad mixing was with the metallica lp death magnetic.
The albums with the chili peppers and johnny cash all sounded great.

I'm predicting here it will not just be just a AC/DC record.
Angus is recording a album yes but one with all of the Guns N Roses members.
His joining the band as 3rd guitarist.
