Are you a fuckin' Aussie? I never knew.
The smell of sheep on my cock never gave it away?

They do a better job of promoting the films than the industry do, all through the 90s i was dying to see those films for that very reason, the Mary Whitehouse banning brigade, they became like 'the working mans guide to porn' to quote Tony Booth
Yeah I kinda missed the Chucky boat as a kid- bit of a letdown when I finally got there.
Funny how that murder was such a huge deal (here in Australia too) but now we see/hear of shit like that everyday.
More cameras/better communication I guess...

Were it up to me they could play the whole of IRS and then have a medley (with vocals) of the best of the CD stuff.
-
I certainly don't DISLIKE the song, but I've never found it to be one of GNR's best songs, let alone one of the best songs of all time.

IRS is pretty much the only song from Chinese Democracy I would want them to play-maybe The Blues at a push.
I don't see why Axl persists with stuff like Better.

Thing is about these horror movie sequels none of em are gonna be Citizen Kane, i cant name any horror movie sequels that, in terms of substance, weren't naff...but thats sort of the point of them, they are self awarely naff and goofy, i dont personally approach em expecting anything but a bit of gore and a fun way to waste 90 mins.
Friday The 13th part two might be an exception there.

Repetition is the mother of learning.
It's really time you gave this thread a break.
You know when a little kid gets pulled into line and they get that utterly transparent look on their face where you know they know they're in the wrong but they're going to punish daddy or mommy?
That's you.

He doesn't really like...make his book about other people. Also you've got to bear in mind that he's a bit of a working class clod and his book reads like it, he doesn't spend a lot of time doing like, deep searching evaluations of the people he worked with, it's not his way. There's very little in the way of deep emotional fuckin' bollocks in it. It's actually quite funny because every so often he'd come close to it, like when discussing this one bird who he was friends with...then sort of ruins it with the last sentence by going 'i think she fancied a portion but it weren't on the cards' or something
Yeah sure, kinda figured as much. I'm more interested in the nuts and bolts of the process (creating music) rather than personality stories/gossip.

Not a great deal though he does get mentioned, he doesnt really go into any details about Iggy or what he was like, think he mentions that like, it was a time where they were both cleaning up off of drugs.
Says next to nothing about The Greedies.
I'd love to know more about Blah Blah Blah/Instinct...I know only the basics about Jonesy but I pretty much figured he wouldn't say fuck all about anything like doing the Iggy albums, Greedies, Axl etc etc.
On that, geez Winners and Losers is a fucking great song.
Have never been a Pistols fan but love the stuff he did with le Ig.

I wonder what Cushing would think, or what he indeed thinks (if he is up there)? It is indeed a disturbing precedent that has been unleashed here!! We could see Cary Grant and Robert Mitchum reprise their movie careers.
Yeah, bring back Carey Grant and put him in a movie with Kanye West.
-
Personally I'll be more interested to see what (if anything) he says about working with Iggy pop.

Look Rovin, what you don't seem to get is that going on about all these UNHEARD things like Chinese Democracy II and III and all the related jive just make you (or anybody else) look/sound like an absolute moron.
Or are you intentionally going for the absolute moron angle, maybe because you smoked two marijuanas and are now really high on the pot?
At this point, people are right to mock fanciful claims of Chinese Democracy II.
The album came out like 8 years ago, the music contained within is like 15 or 16 years old.

In B4 mention of The General, Atlas Shugged and "the trilogy".
Heard Robin plays an auto eclectic jazz rap funk town garden gnome flypaper solo like Ghandi in an F1 race on a hamburger reading a salt clock beehive (in Cock A roach soup)

But Axl has a trilogy of albums. Fortus and Dizzy said that in an interview. Fortus was telling the truth about big things in 2016 in an interview from 2015.
You should be paddled for trotting out that rubbish, and you KNOW that it's rubbish.
"Fortus and Dizzy said"...give us a fucking break.

Ugh, Rovin.

I still cant believe people go to a show and pay big money to see this trash. We are critical of Axl if he has a bad night for sure but regardless we at least know he is really performing.
This is the reason I never want Guns at Superbowl, they make them do this shit
Hear, hear.
Lip syncing has become almost normal, it's disgusting.

It's the one number off of Chinese Democracy I'd actually genuinely want them to play live.
The RAR 06 performance of this song was smoking.

Just watched Suicide Squad.
What an awful, piece of fucking shit movie that was...I was literally in pain by the end of it.
The Joker was cool though (and I HATED those tats when I saw them) and Harley was perfect.
Everything else was fucking garbage though, drivel.

I've long been in the "Bond should be a period piece" camp.
Period, huh huh.

No way a Guns N Roses without Rose would have been a thing.
I wasn't all that upset when Slash and then Duff left, thought Axl was going places.
I was wrong.
Anyway, they're back now, this is probably as good as we're going to get- enjoy.
-
"Oi, are you Wham?"
That was fucking hilarious.

She gave me my first boner, and a bajillion more after that (in Return Of The Jedi).
RIP.

Father Figure is a great song, always liked that one.
Never been a "fan", but I respect the man's considerable talent and it's a shame how he ended up.
I remember reading some article a little while ago (possibly posted here?) where his family were basically expecting him to die.
The final numbers are in - and they are highly inconsistent...

I'm not a fan (although I guess I like Nebraska and some other stuff) but you've got to give The Boss his dues.
He's an institution, like ACDC for example....renowned for live performances.
