We would have got CD2 by 2017 I think. He was working on it with Pitman in early 2015.

The main problem would've been finding new musicians, I think Tommy would have come back if they resumed touring in 2016 though.

Of course we'll never know now, but I have no faith at all anymore in Axl's releasing anything. And now he seems in a much better place than he was back in those days. It's a day and night difference. I don't think he would've ever had enough confidence to release anything with those guys, even if he worked on stuff. But yeah, it's pure speculation of course.

If Fortus posted it, it's not official. He posts fanmade ones every time.

 Yes, it's a funny thing him posting these every single time. Most of the posters are very alike as well, all in the same style. They're not my cup of tea. Who knows, maybe Fernando will let this Hard Skool make an official design one time.

  3. In 2014 most here were sure we'd never get new music from what was then GNR. There was talk of a remix album of CD that was finished. But would most people have been happy with that IF it had come out? I don't believe it. I personally don't think for a minute we'd have new music by now. Axl is still the factor that holds it all up. I don't see how that would have been different if we'd still had DJ Ashba and Pitman. He didn't seem interested in anything any of his guitarists had to offer.

Even if most people aren't interested in new music from GNR, I'm sure more are interested in music with Slash than they would have been in music with Bumble or DJ Ashba.

As for people saying their peers don't respect them now? I didn't see Dave Grohl, Pink or Carrie Underwood on stage with Axl during NuGNR. I didn't see Axl with Billy Joel or on stage with Foo Fighters.

Lots of people making up a lot of things here.

BS. There was a "unforseen circumstance" and that wasn't it. Duff and Slash were supposed to play. It was even supposed to be filmed. Damn shame. Hopefully something great happens tomorrow.  But most likely not.

Are you there? How do you know they would've guested? Or is that just a guess? Try to find out for us :-)

  6. I think the coverage fits in the theme for this summer: the unbearable heat and climate change. But as long as I can remember, Greece has been 'too hot' to do anything but be in the water in July. If only GNR would do an indoor tour in the fall or winter again <_< It was 'only' 32 degrees in Weert last week, and in 2017 I remember Paris was in the 30s too, and you'll see people fainting left and right and it's really no fun waiting for hours and hours in the burning sun. So please, next time, a nice indoor tour where we can all feel comfortable :P

We literally already knew this already. Mayhue has given us no new information. Slash said they recorded at least 4-6 ChiDem songs and that they would be coming out in batches of 1-2 at a time ... They've been rehearsing Perhaps so obviously that's going to be one of the next ones to come out ... Slash said after the tour they were going to start working on new music ....

Exactly. He shouldn't be fired for this 😬 It's nothing new except the confusing leftovers from AFD.

Was it that drunk ugly piece of shit with sunglasses and blonde hair? Idiot ended up next to me at the end. Such a sad existence and a waste of cum

Quite a lot of drunks again. I saw one being escorted out by security before 7 and another one was next to me during Civil War but fell over a bit later, I think his mate led him away after that. No shouters luckily.

Yeah, I was standing there, someone in the audience screamed ''stop eating tacos and take some singing lessons, you fucker''. Good response from Axl, the old Axl would have stormed off or something.

Jesus, what an asshole. I was standing next to a young girl who was there with her dad, I assume, and before the show she said: I just wonder how bad it will be. Her dad pointed out that she had to be aware she was listening to 25 year old music (his words ) and she mumbled something about the Lisa Marie Presley funeral. But she stayed the entire show and seemed quite into it, looking up every song to see which one it was:lol: It gave me a nice feeling.

Then there was a young couple in front of me and when it started they were so much into it with the girl looking excitedly at her boyfriend saying: This is so cool! (They left after an hour or so, mainly because the guy had a bit too much to drink, I fear. Too bad, they'd been standing there quite a long time before it started.

So those were nice experiences with fellow concert goers.

Then there were a few very drunk older men barely being able to stand up and falling down even. And at least 5 middleaged women trying to get into the golden circle past security. I'm happy to say none managed to squeeze through. Embarrassing though. Maybe it would've worked 30 years ago.

Something else I found funny was when Axl said he felt like stagediving and if we thought he'd manage. Then he said: Nah, I'm not as confident as you are  (Or something like that)

  10. Interestingly my sister thought they started early, because the starting time on her ticket said 8PM, not 7.

Loved the show which was a bit different again from Graspop. Sadly no TWAT, but I was happy with SOD and My Michelle. Too bad about no encore. I was still hoping for Don't Cry too 😁

I like that they're doing these band requests. Very nice segment of the show for us diehards, with some deepcuts and them shaking things up. Still wondering what else Frank requested, because Axl said he'd requested a few more things before Axl agreed on My Michelle.

After getting back from a great GNR weekend in Rome yesterday and really looking forward to tomorrow, my old injury decided to return tonight, so after 25 years since the last time, my kneecap flipped out. Just back from the hospital and spoke with the doctors and I can still go with the walking tube. And well, after I flew to the GNR show in Gothenburg in Sweden in 2018 after I broke my shoulder on four places as result of a cycling incident and I had not had surgery yet at the time, I think this will be doable.

So if you see someone in the Golden Circle with a walking tube on his left leg and walking crutches, be kind and watch out a little…

    Let’s fn go!

    Spotted you 😁

No, it says 19.00 and the curfew is 22.30, not Guns are playing til 22.30 ...you'll probably get 3 hours ish but 3.30...no

It says verwacht einde, no curfew. The festival last weekend in that venue ended at midnight. Not saying they will play until 22:30, but I don't see anything about a curfew. They expect it to end by 22:30, doesn't seem very strict to me.
