Exactly. The problem last night was with Axl's total lack of preparation. How would a reunion solve that?

There were some pretty awful mistakes...And also some pretty awesome moments. I imagine he'll be back to form by the time the U.S. tour starts, if he doesn't cancel it. No big deal.

Axl looked completely dazed and out of it during November Rain. Hope he wasn't wacked out on something...

Without a doubt, the best part of the show. Sounded fantastic.

LOL@at anyone who thinks Bumble hasn't told GNR management (BETA/DEL) about his ongoing health issues. If a tour is cancelled because Foot can't go then he is just being used as a scapegoat. 99% of the American audience could give a fuck less who is up there playing guitar if it isn't Slash. Axl could hire someone from this board to play and it wouldn't matter so long as they were able to learn the songs.

Trying not to sound selfish here, but if I had to choose between potentially screwing THOUSANDS of fans out of money and risking derailing an important tour, I probably would have suggested finding a replacement for me.

Ron telling everyone they can "suck it" if they don't like it, four days before NuGNR's most important show ever probably wasn't the best move.

It would be coold to have this topic pinned throughout the tour.

I dunno guys. This just has to be a mistake...

All I know is that if I were going on a multi-million dollar tour outing with a guitarist who tells fans the week before the tour that he's in constant pain, can't be touched, and shouldn't be touring but will anyway until he can't, I'd maybe make a few phonecalls to at least put out feelers for a possible replacement.

But this is Guns N' Roses, and tours have been cancelled for less.

I don't listen to Dj Who Kid's Sirius/XM radio show. However, he appeared on the Opie and Anthony After Show yesterday (hosted by Sam Roberts) and claimed that Axl and Duff will be appearing on his Saturday show in a couple of weeks. It was strange. I feel for Ron since he's obviously in a lot of pain, but the fact is many of us have invested good money into seeing this band on this tour. I certainly hope they have a Plan B firmly in place if Bumble really does have to bail on the tour.

I can't see no more copies of CD being available forever, so there has to be somekind of reboot. unless all the copies we have are going to be collectors items. another version might be put out with little fanfare.

Exactly. In fact, I really hope Axl reads this thread and sees how much genuine excitement comes out of the fanbase when the possibility of us getting one or two more tracks from the CD sessions arises. Hopefully that'll motivate him to put the next album out sooner than later!

I'd be a re-release whether or not there is any new tracks on it.

Same here, but believe me brother, we're a minority. If they want it to sell moderately well, some extra music is an absolute must.

If they actually do a re-release, and the track Blood In The Water is on it, a lot of fans are going to owe MSL an apology for initially doubting him, myself included. Can't wait to see if this plays out. :xmasssanta:

A deluxe "tour" edition to coincide with the US shows including the new artwork and something extra.. maybe live recordings, footage, or a new song.. That would be nice..

I think something is in the works. I mean Best Buy selling Chinese Democracy for 1,99 $ and it's sold out almost everywhere in the states...just before GnR are finally touring the states. Re-release with new artwork and bonus tracks? I hope so.

God I hope so. Something tells me after this tour ends, GNR is going away for a long while. Would be nice to have something new, even if it's just a song or two along with the new booklet, before Axl disappears again.
