  1. I actually liked the industrial influence on CD. I just would like there to be a way to have the guitars be loud and rocking.

Like on the IRS album version, in the part "wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong..." The guitars aren't very loud because there's more than 2 and they needed to bring down the volume but it made it sounded less rocking IMO. On the demo, they are louder because there are only two (or less than the album) on either channel which makes it more rocking

  2. I would be interested but the public wouldn't. (Unless they're hard rock remixes of the songs which i doubt). I'd be more interested in new music.

The holy grail for me is if they'd give all the original 35mm negatives that have the music videos on them to someone (i.e. Disney or Sony who are both masters of remastering films) and remaster them (correctly) and release them on Blu-ray with the MFSL versions of the albums (or a new audiophile remaster)

  3. 5 times live is correct. There is also this instrumental version from the Full Mates Rehearsal 1989

I've never heard that before. Thanks for posting! You can really tell how little Axl had to do with their Appetite sound by listening to that. Those songs are damn near finished apart from Locomotive which is missing Axl's outro. It's clear that Axl was, for the most part, responsible for the epic ballads where as the rest of them were responsible for everything else.

Well Axl was only the singer, so besides arrangement, theres little he could have done regarding instrumentation.
