I want to see the Alice Cooper/Lita Ford tour but again, I'd have to travel and take time off work... there's a lot of good things about where I live, but live shows isn't one of them

Plus there's a few other artists that I'm hoping to see this year. My other favourite band, Foxy Shazam, announced that they're reuniting but haven't announced an album or tour yet. Last time I saw them, the VIP tickets were like $35 and regular tickets were $15. If they tour, I'll see as many shows as I can.

Love Foxy Shazam, discovered them through following the Darkness, whom I'm seeing next month.

It was. They've always used the red hands for CD graphics for years, so I'm not sure why the question was posed now.

Never thought about it, or paid too much attention to it; and given I'm still putting together my ultimate CD from the recent leaks, I'm trying to piece together the most accurate version of the original  vision as possible, and questioned why he was using those graphics to depict that era.

  3. Just finished watching the live stream of Miami, and during Chinese Democracy I noted the screen had the red hand cover and the logo from the antiquiet leaks.

    1) Was the red hand cover Axl's preferred cover for album? Because someone on here noted the bicycle cover image was on the big screens pre-concert 2001, so, 2) why not have the bicycle image on the back screens during the song live now. 99.5% of the casual gnr fans will know the red hand cover exists.

I hope they do a 50th anniversary of his 1970 vegas season, like they did with 1969. It's mind boggling that a proper 1970 overview has never been released. It's always bits and pieces.

How is the 1970 show different from the 1969?

there's this new compilation of 11 recorded shows of elvis, in 1969 when he just returned to live performing, and it's totally awesome. Here, the band is still very much rock n roll and Elvis still sings mean and lean on most of these songs. The sound quality is perfect, and it's just the perfect experience.

there's dinner and midnight shows, so every day at lunch I play the former, and just before I go to sleep I play the latter. case of getting in the mood in listening to these concerts.

I feel like it's cool to listen to Elvis again, don't you think? The media and the public are focusing again on what made him great, and the ridiculous later stage of his career tends to be ignored a bit like it should.

This boxset is soooo good, but only for die hard fans. The single disc is a buy for general fans.
