Personally, I'm a bigger gnr fan than Oasis fan, and it's hard to rate music as it's subjective.  However, it's hard to deny the fact that Neol has single-handedly written alot of great singles, and IMO, probably even more so than Gnr.  And, no, I will not see Oasis if they reformed but quite happily travelled around the world to see Gnr many times.

He's very intelligent and I like the way he is able to articulate things, whether that be music/politics/or society as a whole.  I find him quite fascinating 

Hopefully they just rest and record. And I  don't care whether it's Axl /dc, smkc or gnr. (gnr recording would be wishful thinking given Axl's productivity history). 

I hope they don't keep on touring after the new dates as without a product they are turning into a nostalgic band as opposed to a relevant rock band which is becoming rare on the charts today

Personally, I want new music, and in my opinion, the nostalgic touring cheapens the brand,  and catalogue.  Even if one new song, whether new new music,  or from CDll, was released once per year, it would add legitimacy to the tour and give the fan something to follow. 

In my opinion, given Axl's history of releasing albums, I don't think we will get a GNR record any time soon.  

It would be more realistic to expect a Axl/DC record, where Agnas is not  a perfectionist and would not let Axl muck around for years with it and would just put out an album so he could have a product to tour with.   

If ac/dc was going to finish when Brian couldn't sing anymore, Angus would have announced it when the bass player left the band after the tour.  given no such announcement was made, IMO,  ac/dc will continue.   I believe that ac/dc generally like to tour a product,  ie, release new music before they tour as opposed to gnr, who tours without any new product.  So IMO, ac/dc will do a new album, and my money is on Axl singing given the success of recent tour. And someone said that the conspirators my reconvene in next 18 months, so this could be the time ac/dc drops new album.  If not, dreams are free lol

I saw some gnr fans out-and-about in Auckland looking to meet the band/autograph hunters,  and just wanting to know if any one succeeded?
