I completely agree about the tie. It's too short and I also think it's a little too wide. A thinner tie would of pulled things together more.

Worst Dressed: This one is hard because if Axl wears a suit he usually looks pretty good. But if he goes his normal 'let me layer as much clothing as I possibly can, just like the layers in my music' route; He'll probably be the worst dressed. But Slash also usually looks terrible at fancy events so he could be worst dressed too. I can't decide between those two.

Anywayyyys, I would bet my left nut - if I had one  - that the 'misogynist', 'living in the 50's', 'rock legend' she talks about a couple of times, but can't say his name, is Slash. She kinda gives it's a GNR guy after he asks if there's any GNR mentions on her next book. And then you just use your CSI:Women's Thread and add that to what she tweeted on Slash's birthday. 100% it's Slash she's talking about.

Really bad. 

They couldn't give me general anesthesia because I drove myself to the office and didn't have anybody to drive me home. (I didn't know I needed to bring somebody) So I was awake the whole time. Which would have been fine, but they couldn't get me fully numb.

I was completely numb on the outside of my gums but underneath the tooth I could still feel everything. So as soon as they started to pull the tooth, I was in extreme pain but by that point they couldn't stop because I would've been in even worse pain once the other numbing shots wore off. So they just kept pulling and cutting... On top of that there was something weird with the root of my tooth that they didn't see on the x-rays. I guess it was partially hooked on my jawbone? Or something like that? So it took them 2 hours to get the one tooth out when it should've taken less than 10 minutes and I still have the other 2 left. 

I'm ok now but needless to say I'm avoiding getting the other two out like the plague.
