I think the joke "It's definitely about Slash" has gotten old and should be replaced by "It's definitely The General".
Finally someone said that

I cant answer a question like this with the excitement of the recent leaks.
Could answer that probably in weeks.

What's on the other discs?
I'm not interested in different drums levels. Only higher quality of already unreleased leaked songs or new stuff. Not interested in instrumentals
Just nothing (have been said just one line all the time) and quicksong with guide vocals.
So not much if youre not interested in instrumentals.

It's 2000, so that shoud mean no Richard, no Brain and no Bucket.
I think it's Axl, Robin, Paul, Tommy, Josh, Dizzy and Pitman.
Edit: Production should be Sean Beavan. No Roy Thomas Baker yet.
Brain and Bucket joined 2000

Wow I was wrong about these discs - someones done some funky stuff to those previously released leaks, they're like mono'd or something. These sound like they need mastered and thats about it!
Just so we're all clear (I'm sure someone answered this before) - this is actually the second attempt at the album. Sean Beavan / Youth did the original version of the album with Josh Freese (which also has leaked out there and sounds very raw, very different). This is the result of the Roy Thomas Baker sessions where they effectivly re-recorded the whole album I believe. But this is close to the album that they were looking at releasing in 2001 with that tour that got binned.
However is there no Bucket on this disc at all?
Well Madagascar for sure, those cds Bucket recently joined the band

So if Hard School is on the playlist allegedly, that begs a certain question.
I mean, either:
The band/TB was behind the leaks.
Whats the point on the leaks of Tommy demos and others?
I dont think TB is behind the leaks this time.
But 2006 it was someone from GNR

Where are you heading bucket? Especially on jungle, I can just hear the two guitars, with none of Buckets style or tone.
The recording was 2001
If you cant recognise Bucket solo on KOHD electric version you are deaf

Unless these aren't anything to with the Appetite re-recording and simply just live rehearsals. Then forgive me haha.
There is no bucket on any of these, just Paul and Robin. That's the thing that's dating them.
Bucket is on the mix

He didn't have a band most of the time in that period. Slash left in 96, duff ODd in 97. Duff at some point reported they had 1200 h worth of recording back then.(probably locked in some vault).
Matt and Axl found Robin and Tommy at about 97. Took a while for the chemistry to set in. After that Matt was sacked, so you have no drummer till 99...
So even had he had the songs, half of the time he didn't have people to play them. Axl was even said back then to playing the guitar on his own for lack of a guitarist. (Rir3 madagascar)
You can see the explosion in quality and number of songs in 2000 when the lineup got fixed.
To bad bucket left in 2004, because by that time the band had chemistry and everyone had learned his role. 2003-04 material if exists must have been the best the new band had to offer. I doubt many new songs were made until ashba joined. He seemed to be eager to pitch in, and I doubt bumble was as ambitious and as influential.
Freese joined 1997 and he introduced Tommy

Quick Song is great. Sounds like Foo Fighters re-worked 'Smells like Teen Spirit'
That makes me think why!!!??why Tom was fired in 2001
