Ah ...if you have the pain and the experience of dark suffering too.. i am sorry . i can understand and i feel for you with that
Well reason why i said pm is because i don't know how to attach videos here , there should be a notification in a speech bubble in messages so that should let you know when i posted that video there for you ...actually since then i have found another video ...okay , it is a performance of don't cry lol with Shannon and Axl but it is Madison square garden 1991 .. it is rare footage to me, so it might or might not be to you , but will show you it anyway . and we can absolutely still chat here , out there ,or on pm its all good and i appreciate our connection.
Ah thanks ! you seem to be very kind too i love that we are around the same ago im 45 , hey it is so cool we have been to see Mr Hoon live. and he really was a powerhouse . Yes it is indeed! the correct word heyday/s . i was a fan since the late 80s .. so around 1988/1989 for me to 1993 ! ...you know , we will have a sort of similar opinion on this i feel , because ..i think nothing can beat that time also .. and that's why i gravitate towards your name /profile/long hair (ha!) because it was all there the early 90s, Axl ,Shannon ... they are our memories and they are attached to our youth so there is nothing that can replace that feeling . i am glad you are seeing them in Holland ! I am glad to chat with you

Hey ShannonHoon
It's so lovely to read you. Yeah well.. its acoming i think ! haha ...Really? oh man ..well i was lucky too um ..cos i saw him in Milton keynes here in UK ...so ..1993 actually for me . I was 16 , very young. ..He was always a stellar singer and he really could get to peoples emotions i thought., i thought he wore his heart on his sleeve , i liked how he delivered his lyrics. how he spoke to his audience he was unique and being a part of axl / midwest he kind of sealed that deal for me. I also liked that he was a kind and giving soul. ...and the kind and giving souls~they always leave. now i dont appreciate grunge/seattle sound but he was one of the oooh , good guys. but i wouldn't say he was ..grunge . i would say he was the Iconic Shannon Hoon. of .Alternative rock I think , he .stood alone from his peers in that era ... but i know we only had his grace for a short while . & i love that he was good & human to Axl.
ah let me ...if you allow me to message you (this is why i talk on status updates first as i dont tend to go to pm unless both parties feel comfortable if that makes sense.
so i feel kind of comfortable because we obviously both appreciate him , ill send you the video of what i mean ?
he was real that's the thing... and when they are real they get a very bad rap. i think
Did you ??? Well who says you cannot gorw it again? he had very pretty hair, and a charming soul. Grow your hair darling ! haha What a lovely surprise thank you for replyin!

i think it is lovely. i got here around Aug 2020 , Didn't start posting too much , till this year.
Ah I do really get that lol i really do. (Don't worry i wont break out the Don't Cry lyrics yet i wont ! ~Promise !! lol ) but you are really welcome. It's a pleasure actually. Well even more reason to chat I think my favourite videos from your guy is the 2 Meter Sessies (complete Version) & Wood Stock 1994 & his interview there. Personally , i think Shannon had fantastic come backs at interviewers, especially when faced with any stupid questions , and that made him interesting to watch because he was really real in them.
