I. Install Firefox, if you're not using it anyway already.

II. Install the AddOn Modify Headers (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/modify-headers/)

III. Start it by clicking on it under "Extras"

IV. Click on "Select Action" and choose "Add"

V. For "Header Name" type in "X-Forwarded-for"

VI. Fill in "12.13.14.15" in Header Value

(VII. Maybe restart Firefox - shouldn't be necessary, but you never kow...)
