This is sad...

Axl In Lafayette

Former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach's new solo album, "Angel Down", sold 6,400 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 190 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD is Sebastian's follow-up to 1999's "Bring 'Em Bach Alive", which has shifted 19,300 units in the U.S. to date, according to Nielsen SoundScan

As someone who is highly cynical about Axl's present and future commercial viability, even I'm really suprised how dismal that figure is, considering his contribution.

Which can't be a good thing.

That's quite unexpected. I must admit the album was growing on me, and I was considering picking it up despite all the bullshit that came with it. I really should now.

On the other hand, this might make Bach stop proclaiming endlessly about Axl.
