Zint
pre sales??wow...you're lucky! There were no presales here,it all went on sale at once..including the fan club tickets. It was a massive meltdown demand wise!It makes me wonder just how many of these tickets were allocated to the AC/DC fan club.I have a feeling it was a shitload (more than the 5 rows at the front that is claimed.)I logged on to the general public sale and refreshed constantly,I got through the second they went on sale...my wait time was 15 minutes and I came up empty handed.Never experienced anything quite like it.I've got friends who tried for both Toronto shows and couldn't get a damn thing through general public. But I know a pile of people who got tickets through the fan club.I never used to be a presale fan,but if it breaks up the online crunch of everyone trying to get tickets at once,I'm all for it now. misch
It was indeed very strange. I came back from university and got a newsletter of the biggest german ticket service in my mailbox saying that the presale will start at 8pm, today! I was like wtf? I didn't even know at that time that the dates were already published and in fact they were not (not by AC/DC anyway). The official start of the ticketsale is tomorrow at 12am. They actually didn't call it 'presale', they called it 'binding reservation'. After one and a half hour almost all floor tickets were sold...I never used to be a presale fan,but if it breaks up the online crunch of everyone trying to get tickets at once,I'm all for it now.It was in fact not hard to get the tickets because this presale seemed to appear out of nowhere. There were almost no server problems, so the order transaction was pretty comfortable, although it's little bit unfair to the other people, because they will have almost no chance to get tickets tomorrow... They also added a show at the Globe Arena on Feb 22th but both shows are sold out Satanisk, but they're bound to release more tickets at some time so you'd better try then. The first show was sold out in less than 15 minutes and the other (released 5 minutes after the first one sold out) sold out in like 25...
