I was listening to Eva Dahlgren (from Sweden) today. This song “Ängeln i Rummet” (an angel in the room) is one of the most soulful love songs I know.

Her velvety voice is so full of love. The lyrics are skillfully written and they create the base for the magic to happen.

She is also a really good live performer, easily in the top ten I have seen.

Ängeln i Rummet (from some internet lyrics page)

Nice. I'm a big Aldean fan.

He's the man

Met him in 2010 - he's a very cool dude. "Wide Open" is a great album from start to finish. Jason is a good songwriter, too. I'd like to see him write more of his own stuff rather than rely on Brantley Gilbert and the various Music Row hit-makers.

"Keep the Girl" was Jason's only writing credit on "Wide Open", and IMO, it's the best song on the album.

Anyway, back on topic:

Gin Blossoms - Hey Jelaousy

I might buy that album, been wanting a full length from him. He still kills those Brantley Gilbert songs though, so its not really that bad. Jason has definitely become one of my favorites, right up there with Dierks.

That's awesome that you met him as well!

I definitely recommend Brantley's "Halfway To Heaven" album.

I found this one today. He (Robin) has at the moment the most annoying hit single (because of YouTube’s 7 million views) which I am not going to post.

I had no idea, until today, that he can really sing and in English. Usually kids at age 11 are learning basics like “This is a chair”.

He told an interviewer about how he started singing songs by Scorpions as soon as he learned to talk.

Hallelujah

Cry Me a River
