Because his first chiropractic job was touring with Guns N' Roses for over 2 years! He's also been on tour with Bon Jovi the past couple decades. It seems like for better or for worse Axl purged himself of those UYI relationships after the band fell apart. Axl mentioned during his China Exchange interview in 2016 that when he broke his foot at the troubadour, he immediately texted his sister because she was a nurse.
