  1. Las Vegas: Start me up Get off my cloud Let’s Spend The Night Together Angry Like a rolling stone You got me rocking Mess it up Tumbling dice You can't always get what you want Intros You got the silver Little T & A Sympathy for the devil Honky Tonk Women Miss You Gimme Shelter Paint it black Jumping Jack Flash Sweet sounds of Heaven Satisfaction Weakest setlist of the tour so far IMO. Disappointed that Out OF Time has been replaced by warhorses the last two shows (IORR in Glendale, LSTNT in Vegas), Mess It Up doesn't seem to be a rotating Hackney Diamonds song anymore, weak song vote in YGMR, LARS in the "ballad" slot. But on the positive side, back to two Keith songs finally.
  2. You're doing the Lord's work. Thank you for your service.
  3. Time Is On My Side is a great pick, glad to see that one in the mix again. Looks like Get Off Of My Cloud and Out Of Time are gonna be staples, happy about that. No song vote for New Orleans but understandable given the festival and the number of guest performers in the set. My only real gripe so far is only one Keef song (But it is an excellent one at least). Speaking of Keef songs, would love to see them have a go at Can’t Be Seen again. Loved hearing that in 2014 but with the energy Steve Jordan brings to the live band, that one would be a great choice nowadays.
  4. Mess It Up sounds so good live. Apparently most of the album was rehearsed if the reports on IORR are to be believed. I'm guessing Angry and SSOH get played each night, with the third song rotating. Also I really hope Out Of Time is a staple in the set this year, like it was in Europe in 2022.
  5. Did it have special artwork on CD? I only know of the color-modified album cover for the deluxe edition of HD.
  6. I would welcome anything from Tyranny of Souls - it’s criminal that album never got a tour. Abduction is a great energetic live song, but Navigate the Seas of the Sun has been especially good; maybe my favorite song in the setlist since it got added.
  7. Fantastic show last night. It was my first time at the Whisky also, so that on its own was fun. The band was very tight for a debut show, and Bruce sounded top notch. Rejuvenated and powerful, some of his best live vocals I’ve heard post-cancer. Great setlist too - four new songs debuted, along with debuts for Abduction and The Alchemist. Looking forward to tonight! Night 1 set: Accident of Birth Abduction Laughing in the Hiding Bush Afterglow of Ragnarok Chemical Wedding Many Doors to Hell Tears of the Dragon Resurrection Men Rain on the Graves Frankenstein (Edgar Winter cover) Gods of War The Alchemist Darkside of Aquarius —- Jerusalem Road to Hell
  8. Not sure if anybody is excited for the tour as well, but “secret” shows tonight and tomorrow at the Whisky under the pseudonym The House Band Of Hell, and the first proper show on Monday in Santa Ana. I’m on my flight to LA currently - I’ve got tickets for all three, and tonight will be tight to make but I should be good to catch at least a majority of the show. I am buzzing beyond belief. Major, major bucket list thing for me to finally see Bruce solo, still seems surreal.
  9. Great video. So amazing to see Tony and Tony together again, even if only for an interview.
  10. That mix for Forbidden sounds really promising. Huge difference from the original mix. If only we could get a similar treatment for Born Again...
  11. Yeah, a little cheaper even if you go with a strict conversion - not sure what EU sites are charging. But when you consider the insane amount of money these albums fetch online (The median price on my pressing of Headless Cross is $118 for example) it’s not bad at all if you just want to own some version of these albums on vinyl.
  12. The prices on Rhino are $59 for the CD set, $99 for the LP set. Could be worse.
  13. That Vienna bootleg is amazing - one of the best Sabbath boots of all time. Remember you told me how stoked you were to pick it up, glad it served as a jumping off point for the Tony Martin era. I love Headless Cross - honestly a top 5 Sabbath album for me. Most people hate Forbidden (But I’m excited to hear the remix), and Cross Purposes is divisive, but Eternal Idol, Headless Cross, and Tyr are all genuinely great albums.
  14. I’m sure it was, but still disappointing especially given we *know* Martin has unreleased demos and whatnot that he gave to Iommi. Shame that stuff can’t ever see the light of day.
  15. I’ve been waiting so long for this, the Martin era albums are so difficult to find copies of, and they go for big money when they do pop up. Very excited to pick this up, but disappointed there really isn’t any new bonus material (The few bonus tracks included have all been released elsewhere, however obscure). An article I was reading about the set quoted Tony Martin as saying nothing “new” (i.e. unreleased) can be released under the Black Sabbath name legally anymore, unless it’s the four original members. If that’s true, that’s very unfortunate for a band with as varied a history as Sabbath has.
