I saw him doing that out of respect for Zeppelin more than anything else. He wasn't ripping them off, just having a laugh which is really just in his nature.

Edward Van Halen has always said he hated "Diver Down" due to all the cover songs(Where have all the good times gone,Big Bad Bill, Pretty Woman, Happy Trails). But as a huge fan of VH, I love the album. There are some great original tunes on it. At that point in time, Van Halen was mega-huge, they could not do anything wrong.

It's a good album, and it probably doesn't cost very much. I'd probably pay to hear Eddie play a harmonica. Eddie rules!

It has to be "Little Guitars" off of Diver Down. Great song.

Dave Grohl is awesome! Great musician, in my opinion!

Highway to Hell, Back in Black, and For those about to Rock are awesome.

The Cult were a pretty good rock band. Good ole fashioned hard rock n roll.

I never thought Bob Dylan was that great, until I finally woke up and realized how many other groups covered his songs(ie: The Byrds, GnR, Hendrix, etc....)

Smoke some pot, and listen to "Riders on the storm". It helps if there is a light rain storm happening while you hear it.

Just a thought. Not that I endorse drug use, but it helps when listening to the Doors.

Kid Rock. Can't remember the title, but it has "Bawitaba" on it. He's not bad, but I don't know what I was thinking when I bought it. I've listened to it 1 time.

They didn't start out that way. In the 70's they were a good hard rock band. But by the mid 80's, they became very commercial (ie: Cant fight this feeling).

I bought Metallica's "Garage Days Revisited" at Wal Mart. But, since Wal-Mart is pro-censorship, the bleeped out all the cuss words. Man, I was pissed. I took it back. Went to Target, and got the real thing. I hate censorship.

I wouldn't see them now. But I'm biased, seen them 3 times. If you've never seen them, GO, it will be a great show and they are not getting any younger.

I voted for Aerosmith.

You gotta start with Van Halen 1. The best ever. But all the Dave era albums are awesome. I think the best Sammy VH album is F.U.C.K. But check out OU812, Eddie kicks some major ass.

Stay away from the Gary Cherone album though.
