I downloaded a VPN and still can't find a working link to this song anywhere. WTF?!?! This shouldn't be so difficult
-
But where do I find the song?

How can I listen? I live in the US in New Jersey

Stadium looked pretty packed on the crew's instagrams
I was there. Was hard to see exactly how many emply seats there were in the most upper level, but from where I was sitting, it pretty much looked sold out.

I'll be there tonight. Rain is likely, in spots at least. You apparently can't bring umbrellas into the venue so I'm brining a poncho. I wonder if the band will have to delay/pause playing if it really starts to pour?

Review: it was absolutely incredible.
I wasn't sure I was going to the gig tonight. Decided at the last moment because so many problems in my life.
Just: There Was A Time + Prostitute. + Coma. Has this ever happened?
And Axl sang perfectly on those. He sang with fucking passion. I remember asking Bumblefoot to play TWAT 13 years ago and he told me "ask Axl". And I was too shy to ask Axl.
Despite all the shit I'm going through, those songs alone were worth it.
The band is extremely tight, everyone is playing his part perfectly.
Axl sounds much better in person than in YT videos, as usual.
And he's just graceful. You have to be there to understand. He is out of this world.
Again the band is great. I just feel Richard could be offered a better spotlight, I miss his Bond theme. He's an amazing guitar player.
They begun at 8 pm, I can't believe it.I have absolutely no complaint, tonight was just crazy.
Thank you Axl, because you're the one who held on all along.
My father has a cancer, he's been hospitalized two weeks ago, his right foot has been left paralyzed. Permanently. It's very hard to process.
And my cat has a few more weeks to live. Tumor. On the rib. Impossible to get rid of.
In short I'm going through the worst period of my life. It's the worst fucking year for me.
So attending such a great gig was soothing. You have to appreciate every single moment. Thank you Axl.
Glad you had a great time. God bless you and your family

Very good review! I just wish the band would play some more fan favorites ie Don't Cry, My Michelle, Out to Get Me instead of some of the other songs they play.

The Paradise City vid was, overall, well shot and looked cool. Axl's vocals were a bit too low in the mix (perhaps intentionally). I don't like how he sings over Slash's initial solo in the beginning

Reading the set list and can't help but thinking that A) The first half just seems to lack flow and isn't imbued with enough classics B) No excuse to play some covers/Reckless life/Down on the Farm/Absurd over, say, Patience, Don't Cry, My Michelle or Out to Get Me. They need to rework this a bit to be more audience friendly.
-
Absolutely no excuse for some of these songs being played over 'Don't Cry.'

I hate Bad Obsession. Love that Pretty Tied Up is in the setlist though

Sharing the song with someone else allows Axl to sound better and stronger on the lyrics he does sing

It's really just sad that Axl Rose has released so little music in the past 30 years.

Pllllleease. Top 20 for SURE

Perhaps, State of Grace, Eye on You and Atlas Shrugged mostly don't do much for me. I mean, I think they represent an interesting creative endeavor, but certainly nothing that really moves me emotionally. I relistened to Atlas twice...it kinda sucks.

I kinda like 'Garden of Eden' (not that a video was extremely necessary). I think 'The Garden' is their worst video, probably because the song just does nothing for me.

This has already been discussed over the last week, in two different threads.
Yea, but it gets lost in certain threads. Considering the potential significance of it, I think it deserves its own thread for more eyeballs and more analysis

Am I the only one confused as to why this isn't being talked about more? https://blabbermouth.net/news/slash-wants-to-record-new-full-length-album-with-guns-n-roses
Thoughts? My translation: Slash is tired with a lack of recording and is drawing his line in the sand. I don't perceive his words here as representative of Axl's position. He's essentially saying, "No more excuses. Let's make a F'N record with new material for Godsake."

I heard it with a VPN and selected New Zealand as the location. Listened to it on my phone so def need to hear it again on better speakers. It's a mild improvement over the demo. Nothing spectacular, though it's not intended as such. An older song worked on, cleaned up and put out there for the fans. It's not supposed to be some epic official first single for a new comeback album. I like that they're putting these out there like this. I just hope that Absurd, Hard Skool, Perhaps and whatever other Chin Dem era stuff released in this manner won't be included on any future album. If this IS, in fact, the case, perhaps (no pun intended) that's why these songs aren't spectacular. It's just some fun, cool stuff that Axl worked on that allows for new music for the fans without the pressure of an official new single/album.
