She's one of the worst characters in anything ever. Whenever she's on screen the show grinds to a halt. So I totally agree with ya there. Also, I think it's physically impossible for those two flawless looking people to produce such a god-ugly offspring.

yeah, californication was a BIG disappointment to me. I loved the first season but the second stalled. they put themselves in a corner with the S1 finale, but S2 did pick up a bit towards the end, so hopefully S3 will be better.

eh, got cut off. also, i think the last season was too dark/violent for the show's own good. it walked the line in the first couple seasons, but it just wasn't as enjoyable IMO. and the stuff with the kid masturbating to his mom's nude pics was stupid.

I agree w/ you on Weeds. It was an alright season, but they're struggling. The whole concept of the show - suburban soccer mom pot dealer - has been ditched. I think the comedy's getting too broad. The supporting characters like Kevin Nealon, who were originally stereotypes of suburbia, are now just there for no reason. I love Nealon but his character's essence is gone now, same for El
