Interesting development. Someone in his position for as long as he has, literally the duration of the band, surely doesn't just say something like that for the hell of it? I just don't understand the why. 

Chris Jericho's 5th cruise for next year just announced they are announcing their full lineup on the 20th. I know he's tight with Duff and friendly with Slash but imagine if that's the announcement Duff was referencing. That'd go over like a fart in church.

Those were the antiquiet leaks if I recall correctly. There was If The World, Prostitute, and a third but I can't recall which one. 

I seem to also recall a version of This I Love leaking shortly before the album release. Like, the final album version but someone had tampered with the audio to have it skip. So like, it was complete, but not compete cuz every 10 seconds or so it would make like an album skipping sound. A scratch if you will. Always assumed it was someone just fucking with us. 

Lol I'm so tired of this management. My wife doesn't understand the inner workings/history of this band and when I share everything that's been happening, she's all like, oh this is just them drumming up interest for a release. Nah, a fucking average household sponge could do a better job of managing this band at this point. 

I'll be happy as the rest of you if anything actually gets released. But in my opinion, they're reading us on these forums and just fucking with us at this point. At least Fernando is.

Well that IG page now lists their announcement for 9am central. Soooooo 53 minutes from now.

But nah, check that IG page. Similar wording 4 weeks ago for Ozzy Osborne followed up by what appears to be shirts. I'm not too much an Ozzy fan so I ventured over to his Spotify. No new music since last year.

No way Slash is doing guitar parts for anything for imminent release IMO. It's unrelated to Guns, or we're still a ways off from anything.

One thing I'll give them these first few shows. It's always irked me when the band for years would say "We don't have a setlist. We have a pool of songs we pick from depending how we're feeling etc etc etc Axl will make calls based off how his voice is doing." when all that time, aside from a few slots here and there, that hasn't felt like the case at all. 

These shows feel like that. It's a breathe of fresh air.

Man, I respect the hell out of you for your approach. Not wanting to bombard guests and make them feel off. Pick up on a negative cue? Guide the conversation in a different direction. I know dirt sells and everyone loves it but your approach is a breath of fresh air in that respect.

Actually, I don't hate it the more I think about it. 

I have no idea how to share pics, but here's an interesting tidbit on Fortus's Instagram this morning. Shared a bunch of gear photos and someone pointed out a sitar pedal and asked if that was for PTU. To which he replied "and something else you don't know about" 

Is Atlas also in the works?
