  1. What he normally uses is a Fender JAzz Bass, dunno if he use that in that video

he doesnt use a Jazz Bass, he uses a Jazz Bass Special, two different things, a Jazz bass only has jazz pickups, the Jazz Bass Special has the precision and jazz pickups.

  2. I saw Queens Of The Stone Age when they opened for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and I saw them at Lollapalooza a few years back. Its cool that they are opening for NIN, that will be a VERY good show.

My girlfriend is a huge fan of both, and having NIN/QOTSA is her equivalent to the GNR/Metallica tour.

  3. I think St. Anger sucked because that dork Bob Rock played bass on it, and it was when James just got out of rehab, refer the 'Some Kind Of Monster' movie.

I would be really interested to see what Rob Trujilio does on bass on the next Metallica album. Hopefully they go back to what made them big, and not try that stupid garage band concept.

  4. Wrong place...

The MC reunion had gotten ALOT of press. Dunno why, they were together just 5 years ago. They also recorded a new album then "Filth Pig" and it didn't do well at all.

i think this is hyped a lot, because this is the first TRUE reunion in longer than 5-6 years. during their last reunion, tommy lee wasnt a part of it, he was doing methods of mayhem at the time, and was replaced by the drummer from hole.

  5. Angus Young IS AC/DC

Would anyone say Eddie Van Halen? A lot of my friends didn't even know Van Halen was a band. They thought it was all about Eddie.

nah, when I think of Van Halen, I think of David Lee Roth and Eddie Van Halen. Your friends are obviously retards.

Anyways, people that are bigger than their bands

    Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath)

    Ted Nugent (Damn Yankees)

    Jon Bon Jovi (Bon Jovi)

    Steven Tyler (Aerosmith)

    Axl Rose (Guns N' Roses)

    Slash (Velvet Revolver)

    Buckethead (Giant Robot)

    Frank Zappa (Mothers Of Invention)

    Marilyn Manson (Creepy Kids)

    Sid Vicious (Sex Pistols)

    Rob Halford (Judas Priest)

  6. Hey Ya,

I want to build a website that is about musicians, bands, venues for North America, while also providing bands the opportunity to promote their shows, and sell their music via the sites online store.

I want them to be able to fill out a form to put shows that they are playing, and have them instantly appear on the main site.

Theres a lot of things I would like to do, but Im only HTML literate, and have no knowledge whatsoever of PHP and mySQL databases.

If you are PHP/database literate, and would like to collaborate on this project, email me at rikki@rikkiroxx.com

  7. On "Let me entertain you", he sounds uncannily like Axl in the chorus.

14 posts into your posting career here, and already I have to tell you this :

fuck off, and die, Robbie Williams does not sound like Axl Rose you fucking retard. Go shoot yourself in the head, you do NOT deserve to live, go listen to NSync and fuck your brothers butt hole.

Thank you for your time. You are dismissed.

  8. Yeah, they are good.I like their most famous songs like Pull me under, and Change of seasons.

Ah yes, Changing Of Seasons, the huge 20 minute epic.

Dream Theatre is the best prog metal band ever.

  9. Heres some news,

FOUND, WEBSITE of Adolescent nerds of the late 80s trying to grasp what last strand of cool they can find after lossing it it all 1.5 decades ago.  Just kidding, believe in JESUS ;)

Van Halen fan I see. I honostly think we will hear the new Guns N' Roses record, before we hear the next Van Halen record.

  10. Once the new lineup puts out an album, i doubt there will be that many old gnr tunes in the set list. Probably only WTTJ, NR, SCOM will be holdovers from the old setlist, other than that, they will probably all be new songs.

So, all this negative critisizm stuff, will only last until Axl gets off his ass and does something.
