    Riad is the most underrated GNR song ever. If it wasn't for the bad performances in 2002 and it being next to Scraped on the track listing it wouldn't have the bad reputation it gets.

      Love the very melodic and useful solo.

      It's genius work from Axl and the gang.

      I quite enjoy it too. I also like Silkworms though, so I guess I'm just missing what everyone hates about these songs.

      Get rid of the stupid intro and the processed vocals, add some '06-era rasp, and it coulda been a contender. As much as I love ChiDem, the rockers like Riad and Scraped (the latter of which I much prefer to the former) don't hold a candle to oldGNR tracks like Nightrain and YCBM.
