Do you know when this song was written and why it wasn't on any releases? All I know of this song is just some footage of it being played live in 1986. Seems like it would have fit in well on Live like a Suicide.

Indeed but he has stated along with other that there is mutiple albums worth of material recorded. I cannot imagine there would be a whole lot of work required to release another album.

But the way Chris Cornell paints things is exactly what has been said by all parties bar Axl for the last 20 years. I know Axl had his own issues back then. But the simple fact is everyone just wanted to play something that most bands can do without any trouble. Tantrums, storming off stage showing up super late to gigs sometimes not at all. As has been said Axl probably wasn't mentally fit to be touring back then.

How about Rock and Roll by Zepp. Reckon Axl would have sounded awesome singing that during the 90's

If there still touring in 3 years people will say he looks cool now. Remember in 06 how most people ripped on him for being fat and the cornrows etc. The same thing in 09.

Dont think there will be any major surprises. The same list of songs played over the last decade with hopefully a few special guests joining them on stage.

Where does this "Axl's voice just needs a break come from"? He has been off for the last few weeks and sounds bad. He was long rested before Rio 2011 also and sounded shit. If anything he needs lots of gigging to get it sounding somewhat decent again

I really don't think TWAT would translate very well acoustically. Too much going on, the guitars would have to be totally rearranged, too many strings and effects going on, it would completely strip the song of it's soul...

I prefer the GNR version by far. So much more heavier and aggressive. Axls vocals are top notch. I also like the over dubbed guitar solo that Slash and Paul Tobias do for some reason

As much as I love Slash's band, Ron would be wasted playing rhythm guitar in it.

I thought I remember reading before that the promoter pulled the plug on the tour due to poor ticket sales.
