I think it gets a bad rap on the net. Glad that at least casuals seem to like it alot tho. The filmmakers were in a tight spot to make something that was best for everyone, and it didnt help when the original writer, Arndt, backed out and caused them to fall behind. Considering all that, I think JJ and co. gave us something great!

I feel like more artists who are truly passionate about music integrity would record full-length records like the old days if there was still demand for them. Damn shame there isn't, tho. The many distractions of the Internet prevent more people from wanting to take the time to listen to a genuinely good record from beginning to end. Thankfully some still do tho. Atm I'm listening to Mellon Collie in full and that's nearly 3 hours lol

I remember the band's cover KOHD played during my driving test, and tho I dislike their rendition of it, I took it as a sign that the test would go alright. Surely enough I passed haha
