I just found out Twisted Sisters were sort of popular in the 70's...
Geez, my parents hadn't even met
-
This is prostitution at its best.
The GNR logo in that mag/flyer...
-
Wow, we shouldn't even promote this guy anymore. He's just trouble. And apparently, he's in trouble with GNR. Which sucks because that can only mean... CD2 delayed 20 more years
-
Come on, you are better than that!!!!
Go read Sixes description of Dee and Twisted Sister. They are far from a one-hit wonder wannabe. That is so blatantly false that you can't even file it under just being somebody's opinion.
People here call Axl an 80's washed up rocker and I don't see you standing up for him, being the so-called Axl fan you say you are. Why is that, Apollo?
Now to answer your comment, I did read and watch the videos and I can only see a horrible guy wearing female make up and extravagant clothes that make him look ridiculous. I don't have much recollection of this band being "the shit", as you guys want to fool the young ones here. Maybe for the older fellas they do mean something or have more vivid memories of their career. To me, they are practically unknown and don't forget that I come from the ass of the world, so when you are popular in the ass of the world, then be proud cuz you made it.
That being said, don't blame younger generation for not knowing certain mildly popular bands and most important, don't blow their careers just to validate your arguments in your crusade to damage Axl.

The road to success is a great hit song produced by Skrillex.

Hahaha! Brazil, which just so happens to be in South America, which just so happens to be the biggest supporters in the world for GnR and RS Brazil basically calls Axl a joke. Nobody says you have to care but watching you try to defend Axl and diminsh what the world at large thinks at this point is hilarious. Why should we care about RS Brazil opinion?
This is not relevant, it's old, the same old whinnings on the same old 50 years BS. Boring obsolete press to the max.
I'm not trying to defend Axl. I just do not value the input or output of publications that have no relevance with writers who have no history in rock music. Their article is no different from what a cheap tabloid would publish. It's repetitive and boring. The fact that they call Axl's letter is "rude" is enough proof for me that these people are ignorants, don't know English (which is a shame for a journalist) and in general don't know jack shit about GNR.

Who's this nobody?
He's some wash up 80's one hit wonder rockstar wannabe no one should give much credit for. If you don't know who he is then you are probably very young or just not much into 80's hair bands.
I don't know much about him either. I remember reading about his band back in the 90's in some small article lost in the Hit Parader or Rip or NME mags, but I can't name one popular song or album he's done. So no worries

I'm not sure if English is your first language or not, but my post that you quoted clearly refers to Axl and not Dee Snider.
How in the hell are Ashba and Fortus a "threat" to Dee Snider??It's awful how these people bully poor sensitive Axl, who certainly never spewed venom from the stage at anybody who even mildly upset him or he felt threatened by- even going so far as to immortalize some of it on Get In The Ring.
Why would he even care who's in or out of GN'R??
His unsolicited opinion is just ol' lady drama.
English is not my first language but I perfectly understand what you mean. You were inferring that Snider has all freedom to lash out at Axl and his band since Axl has done the same before with anyone who "mildly upset him or felt threatened by".
That's why I'm asking how are Ashba and Fortus a threat to Snider or why do they upset him? When Axl ranted about someone it was usually someone he had a direct beef with. But Snider is spitting venom out of his ass, since neither Axl or any member of the new line-up ever said anything to upset him or threaten him.

It's a shame that his opinion is even made it onto major rock sites... he is a nobody compared to Axl btw
LOL at this hypocrite who didn't have the balls to say those things in Dj's and Fortus face. Dee Snider is scum plain and simple.
I will never respect people who disrespect collegues and messes with other people's jobs. Mind your own business and let ppl earn their fucking money in whatever way they can and don't come lecturing as if you were the holy example of perfection. Specially, if one year before you are beign totally false in those people's faces.

I'm not sure but you being located in Brazil doesn't help much to the search. I guess Google will preferably show results related to where you are located than global search.
This search should also be performed from a machine located in Northamerica and Europe.

Anyone else notice GNR have been posting a lot of Duff related things as of late? They just posted WTTJ from Argentina last year with Duff as a "Sing Along Saturday"
yeah. I really hope he is back with the band. that would improve a lot of things.

Have they responded to any of my posts asking for the status of a new album?
Do you go on FB by "Apollo"?
LOL
They have replied to a couple of 'haters' and to some people who engaged with the topic of the post.

This 'Mr. Brownstone' (RIR 2)
Sexiest 'Rocket Queen' ever...
This 'WTTJ' (ha..ha...)

I've had most of those demos for many years. From my experience with collecting GN'R demos, Daisy is correct.
Another song in dispute is "Ain't going dow
n" which is a UYI demo 1990-ish.
Ain't going down was put together and played live in August of 1986 it was then recorded in 1991 and was an UYI outtake but did make in on to the GNR pinball in 1994
Is it available for purchase?
Cuz i have only heard it on a YouTube video and I'd like to have an actual mp3 of it

The Community Manager is Axl?? What's up with that mention of Lafayette?
Its not Axl, that guy who handles the page knows Axl is from Lafayette
Yeah, we all know Axl is from Lafayette..... is that enough to also know there was a punch card thing all over west lafayette back in the day??

If the band doesn't endorse these releases, then why aren't they already sueing Bandana records or whatever, just like Axl sued Kevin from Rapidfire?
And btw, the Radio Broadcast thing is already in iTunes and I purchased "Down on the farm" live from it.

The original image didn't have the glass and the writing. It's an official photohraph, taken by Kat Benzova. Someone added the glass, then whoever the hell runs the GNR social medias found in a random GNR fan board, probably Paradise City, and shared it. Yes, yes, they used a fan art to tell some other fans to fuck off. Yep. Anyway, then he/she decided that the message wasn't clear enough, so added the It's So Easy lyrics to emphasize it. It's ridiculous, and they do it all the time. I often see them post something just for in a couple of minutes delete it and post again with some minor change. I mean, what the fuck? Who the hell does that? Does he/she knows that this is not their personal page, but a big band's page? It's totally unprofessional. They're also often picking up these lame fan images and sharing around with some lyrics that had nothing to do with it. And there are also the silly "edgy-wannabe" criptic messages that don't say anything.
But Bumblefoot's status? The band's status? The plans? Anything that matters AT ALL?! Nope, nope, nope and nope.
Seriously, don't even get me started on the GNR social media
Thank you for the clarification.
When was that pic taken? Is it new from 2015?
I really don't know who would be the "haters"... Is it us? Is it the press? Is it the ex-members reuniting in SouthAmerica?
This passive-aggressiveness desiccates my blood. Makes me more bloated and I don't feel like cracking any jokes, more precisely, I feel like dying....

I never understand Axl's jokes..... way too american and i'm in the ass of the world
Why a cat over this pic? Why would he change HIS avatar to this silly thing?
I'm frustrated to the max
Because they never make sense (sorry, Axl, its true)
Oh, you don't get them either?
I thought it was because I'm not american or I don't live in the USA and I never know who are the people he mentions in his tweets.

Axl has just changed his Twitter picture
Bobs cat Bo? Bo saw Everything?
It's Bob Durst, the billionaire who was recently arrested for a decades-ago murder.
This is the original photo, I'm guessing Axl's been working on his Photoshop skills these past few years

The ones filming are a couple girls who first see something's going on in the hallway. It seems they were at the bar and saw all the people making noise, so they get up and go check what's happening. They keep filming the whole thing because its celebrity stuff, lol.
