Live in 2010 it was immense that scream too. I've missed it in the set but I can understand it would be very difficult for Axl currently, even though I'd like to hear Slash's take on the solo .....the guitar work is sublime on that song, almost Spanish like at points.... spaghetti western....

Yea yea, we've heard it all before BUT, Slash did say in passing about, we need to finish up this touring in the summer and then we can go cut a record (were his hopes) so that does concur with Mayhue....and even if he gets a number or two wrong, he's been around since 1988, he knows the recording history of the band and will be aware of the shallow output and probably to an extent, what fans feel about this....there's no reason for him to say what he said, pull that out of his ass, which just happens to coincide with all the other little signs we've seen in the last month or two...I now actually wouldn't be surprised if we get that single in the coming weeks and down the line that a hybrid album of sorts with older unreleased tracks, perhaps coupled with a few new ones, a cover and maybe a Duff track...I know the doubters will be like, no way but something IS going down....hopefully plans DON'T change for once...I'm gonna try and be positive and for sure patient! Nice detailed thoughts there..for sure, Axl being a massive Queen fan, I'm sure he would of loved to be on a song with May and to be honest, things like that would of added more press interest as it released...who knows, maybe we'll get bits of May yet on the others. Do we know all the tracks for sure that BM worked on. Was it 3 (or more?) Even still working on it in 2022...with the update on the remaster!!!

To be fair, the quality wasn't great, to be able to objectively judge May's work....

I do hope whatever we get, we can lovebomb it as much as possible, if only to encourage them to put out more! I think Axl does care about reaction and numbers when he DOES put things out! I can imagine him being pretty annoyed CD only hit #3 after all that time and mystery and you don't even get a week at #1! (Not that he promoted or anything sensible...)

Are Guns still attached to a label? There doesn't seem to be any demand or nudge from above for anything...Wish live nation got them Into one of those 360 deals, which takes care of gigs, LP and merch...and the contract includes expectations for an album. They were a thing for a while....

Does anyone have downloads of all the interviews GNRCentral(name?) Did with GNR members, staff, etc? I remember he had one with Doug Goldstein even. I believe he's deleted/privated most of these interviews...(anyone know why?) They contained some valuable info about all sorts, including recording details with those that were there...

Am I right in remembering shortly after the CD release, Axl said in passing, it won't be as long a gap this time between albums, somewhat with sarcasm.... Well we're now passing the 15 years gap between TSI and CD shortly but we should only really count original material, so the 17 years gap will pass in 2025... What do we think? A release the day before that becomes the longest gap? 😵😂 Seriously though, Will we have had an album before then? Of some kind?

I think it's one of his better ones! I think it's easy to overanalyze, that was perfectly decent solo, being faithfull and being Slash at the sametime...apparently he CAN do both sometimes... There's many amazing sound teams that they could hire to get it RIGHT....the destiny lies within....
