It couldn't be more clearer that they have absolutely nothing left and they are just gonna prolong what they have left over from the village sessions for the next few years.

At was hilarious (and utterly predictable) to see Slash go from talking about a new albuym, to an album of songs that Rose already had, to the probability of releasing two songs.  I wonder what those two songs are gonna be  (hint - it's gonna be the 2 left with usable vocals from the village sessions - the 2 I've been saying they'll release before Slash even mentioned a new album)

Genuinely, if you actually believe that Axl recorded vocals every year because one of his employees said so, I don't know what to tell you.

Every year would mean he has 25 years of vocals recorded, yet he chose to release Silkworms and HardSkool.

100% all he was doing in those 10+ studios was tweaking those same songs.

Just because you've seen 10 studios listed doesn't mean Rose went anywhere near them.

Most will just be where someone went in for a day and re-recorded yet another guitar riff to overlay on top of an existing one.

The few interviews we've heard involving the recording process were all pretty consistent in saying Rose wasn't present most of the time.

CD2 would have been way more mysterious had it been released before the 2019 Village leaks. As that album was in 2008-2014, I'm sure it was overproduced and layered as fuck. Slash's mention of 'a couple of songs' was because he knows they have 2 (maybe 3) ready.

I doubt they'll even release these, but if they do, there certainly won't be 2 a year

People say he hasn't written lyrics for the unreleased stuff - he says he glad he didn't write lyrics for some of those songs

It's not.  the band recorded the songs - the singer didn't do all the vocals.  Just a few tracks
