Gibson Guitar has just announced via Billboard  the launch of their brand new record label, Gibson Records. The label’s first release in early 2022 will be the next album by Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. 

THIS IS NOT the end of the news, stay tuned, later this evening (CET)... 

I was certain Brent played keys, pretty sure I saw some photos from the recording sessions years back.

Just heard the 'Rocketman' by SMKC. It's fantastic! 

Apparently Todd Kerns teamed up with Steven Adler, lol! Bass+drums sounds awesome, rhythm guitarist is bad though, too many mistakes. Vocalist is interesting, at least he's honest with trying to copy Axl.

I'm kind of shocked it's already done! 

On first photo you can see the new SMKC logo, on first look it's almost the same as Apocalyptic Love period one, but at closer look it has different font and shape. On second photo in right bottom you can see the setlist we were talking about in other thread, it means they will actually play a gig there and release it somehow.

I hope Slash will follow his steps and we won't hear any noodling on SMKC4 but only well written solos.

This song deserves mentioning, one of the finest songs guitar-wise Myles ever wrote...
