But 60 shows in Europe overall. Still. Plenty of chances to see them. You can't be picky about which countries in Europe they play and have to take what you can get.

Apparantly Joey is sitting this one out though:

Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer has "regrettably made the decision to sit out the band's concerts in 2022 so he can focus his full attention on his family during these uncertain times," according to a statement from the band. Kramer was estranged from Aerosmith in 2019 but returned in 2020.

While the statement notes that "he and the band look forward to his future performances with Aerosmith," John Douglas will be stationed behind the drum kit while Kramer "takes a temporary leave of absence."

Yes you're right I'm being too picky. Playing 4 out of 25 years is enough. Cancelling more shows than playing is great. I should have got that bus to Moscow.

I'm so happy right now. Sign me up for Vegas baby!

Not surprised. it's really not safe right now to tour Europe. Unfortunately, the war in Ukraine isn't going to end anytime soon.

The more push they give to Putin the more aggressive he gets.

No other bands have cancelled... KISS, Foos,  RHCP,  Metallica, Guns

They obviously want easy money at Vegas infront of people munching on nachos

Huh? They were here in '07, '10, '14, '17. Saw them 12 times then. The longest break for me was between '94 to '07.

Yeah. Kinda suspected something like that. There was no reason really to cancel that Euro tour that early, when all indications where there that touring would be possible.

They have played a 1 off stadium show, 1 arena show and 5/6 Festival dates in the UK since 1997 9 Lives tour.

They have cancelled more shows than played in the UK over the last 25 years. Piss poor ...

... and now Vegas after Tyler slagged the crowds off

Is there any info. out there on how Axl works on music and lyrics? For example, does he work or experiment in the studio, at home, does he write his lyrics out long hand or by computer? And how does he come up with melodies?

Judging by his Tweets I very much doubt he uses a computer. And Judging by his writers block I doubt he writes anything by hand

    Hi everyone,

Somehow I've always been avoiding Snakepit albums. However recently there was a contest in one of our polish radios in which you had to recognize Slash songs from small snippets so I listened to the records.

Always heard a lot of praises about 5 o'clock but few about ALG. Its a tad strange to me as from these two I consider ALG to be much superior album.

Thats why I wanted to ask you a question, which one do you prefer and why?

I love both but 5 O'clock for me.

Back and Forth Again, Neither Can I, Good To Be Alive, Beggars & Hangers-on , Take It Away. Some of Slashes best work. I was lucky enough to see them live.

Why have you been avoiding them?

Actions Speak Louder Than Words is awful because of Myles's pure cringe lyrics. It's the Mind Your Manners of the new album. Honestly Slash could have been picked a random crackhead off the street and they would have written better songs than Myles. Can't believe he's wasting so many quality instrumentals on him.

Has Slash not wasted the last 6 years with someone who doesn't write songs ever?

I created my own setlist of 22 songs. No covers, no GNR, nor VR or Snakepit. Just songs written by Slash and Myles.

It's a completely unrealistic list which isn't build around the biggest hits that are staples on every live set. Just my personal wishlist.

    2. Call Of The Dogs

    3. Whatever Gets You By

    4. Serve You Right

    5. Bent To Fly

    6. Too Far Gone

    7. Spirit Love

    14. Battleground

    15. April Fool

    16. C'est La Vie

Quite the opposite, I just don't care for those bands/projects/music 😄🥱

My mistake you said you have no interest in anything that doesn't have Axl on vocals. That means you have a huge collection with all of Axl's albums. I just can't keep count

I know it's going to be unpoppular, but my vote goes to Patience. Great song, nothing aginst, but I have listened to it a million times, and I'm a bit tired of it

Wow I was wondering who voted for Patience! It's probably my favourite music video

Wow!   Slash is so dominant.  Great show.  Great band.  Myles is good singer but not a showman…not a “star”.  I loved the night.  Band is fun….wish Slash woulda moved around to my side of stage but that’s nit picking.  Good old rock show.  Glad I went!

Good man. Glad you enjoyed it. Go get them albums

Same boat man - though I'd be in Mother Ireland first then all the way through to Glesga. It's a lot of hassle and I'm getting too old to continuously make that sort of effort to hear the same show, but if there is more tunes dropped, that may be enough to motivate me. At the very least, I'll keep the Glesga date just so I can say I've heard Absurd and Hard Skool!

Yep I got a refund for Ireland too. I had 4 bloody shows booked all those years ago.

Good owld Glesga is OK to drive back after the show for me so not too bad.

I do want to hear Hard Skool live and whatever cover they add

Still got my tickets for both nights, however I'm still on the fence as to whether I'm going to bother at all with all the shows I have booked.

My mate applied for a refund yesterday for his Saturday tickets.

I have my Saturday gold circle but there's no way I'm paying that price again. Just remembered I have Glasgow booked too. The same show 3 times in 5 days!  Not very appealing
