They had their time. Decades ago.

Now, it's Fortus time. And it's great as it is. King Fortus is fantastic.

so, whats so awesome about 4tus? can you only name one performance or song which makes him fantastic? cause i can't. gilby's KOHD version is still the best version of the song since 1993. and gilby fits perfectly with slash's style cause he is a gnr fan himself and understands the real gnr vibe. 4tus is just a solid worker. nothing more.

i don't even try to compare frank with matt...

Am I the only person who would be actually dissapointed if this line up released music?

i mean, if there is going to ever be new music released, whether it be a song or an album, it has to be the classic line up.

if this line up releases something, that's basically the end of izzy and Adler ever being a viable part of the bands future in any kind of way at this late stage.

No, I'm fine with Matt and Gilby if Axl don't find a solution with Adler and Izzy. Having Frank and 4tus on a GnR record is a horrible choice and would effect the GNR sound negatively.

On May 24th, I would love to see an announcement for a new live DVD from their golden era.

GNR was negotiating with both Adler and Izzy at one point, so it's not true Axl never wanted them there. Of course I don't know the specifics of those negotiations, nor do I know Adler and/or Izzy were treated fairly, but it's just not true that Axl 'doesn't care' about the fans. There was some point at least he (and Slash and Duff) wanted the AFD 5 to all be there, in some capacity.

Adler: "I only talked to Axl for literally ten seconds. The first night I played with them in Cincinnati, I got a fistbump and a little smile, and that was good enough for me. And then at Dodger Stadium [in Los Angeles], I got to give him a little hug and shake his hand and say I love him and he fucking rules and 'thank you so much for giving me this opportunity. I had the greatest time.' And he walked on his way. And I went on with my life.

    And:

Adler: "I got there. And I got my wife [who is Argentinian], all her family, her parents, her sisters, her sisters' babies, their mothers, their aunts… I got, like, nine of 'em, and I was up there and I was ready to go up. And Axl says, 'What the fuck is he doing here? He's not supposed to be here 'till tomorrow?' So I was, all, 'Excuse me? I just flew fifteen thousand miles.'

I've changed my mind: It's a new single, with Adler on drums (hence the silence from him).

Adler is Axl's new: He's in my ass! guy. We won't see Adler in GnR for the next couple years. Duff and Slash tried to sneak him in, but Axl was clearly not amused by that...

You guys shouldn't forget: Axl gives a fuck about the old fans. He won't change.

Well after the end of any given leg. We don't see them at all. All we get are stupid posts in their social media. And a none sense interview with Melissa being called a "rock icon"

So we got to see Axl on stage with a real icon, Billy Joel. And Duff also went to see the show. It is good see them doing something and being in the public eye when they are not on tour.

Yeah, sure. I'm just saying that Axl's mind is a difficult place. I'm fine with Elton, Queen, Joel, Springsteen...i simply don't understand why he didn't do that for over 20 years. Instead of that he wore braids and football shirts while spending 13 million bucks creating an industrial album.

Big Shot is really out of tune. Highway to hell is boring. Not satisfied with this performances at all. Would have prefered a statement like this.

  6. Is Axl trolling Randy Orton with his out of nowhere moves?

BTW. Pink is/was an Axl/GnR fan.

Don't know what to think about this appearance though. It makes no sense. He surely is a Joel fan since he is into Elton, but I don't understand why he spent so much time creating an industrial nu metal album when he is clearly into classic rock and piano pop.
