wasted
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnQLce48iMc...feature=relatedThis song just seems so un-Stones like. It's like Street Fighting Man for the 21st Century.
Axlin08
Another bandwagoner, eh Mick? And to think I remember a time you broke rules and went against the crowd.
appetite4illusions
This song is begging to be played over the end credits of W.
wasted
This song is begging to be played over the end credits of W.I think I said the same in one of those off kilter Olly digression threads. It seems very overt but funny - sort of how I expect W. to be. But really Keith must have hated this one. On the other hand maybe Keith is the one for the politics and Mick just wants to hang out with W. in the Oval Office. It's like Sweet Neo Con on the end of W.Nobody's Fault But Mine a GNR cover. Both seem like amazing ideas...to me. Infamy, Rough Justice, Rain Fall Down - classic Stones. They never stop.

Randy Lahey
Mick and Axl are both at their best when they're singing about women who've wronged them.
wasted
What is the problem with Dizzy - I think the guy is pretty talented and considering the amount of songs that require a keyboard, having a guy to play the parts while Axl runs around being Axl, was a pretty smart move , actually.Ever heard of touring members? It's not like they had to make Tracy, Roberta and ZigZag fucking members as well did they? Are you saying that you'd like to see Dizzy in black pantyhose? Bring back Tracy and Roberta. They helped me. wasted
Mick and Axl are both at their best when they're singing about women who've wronged them.Is The Blues about Seymour? Is TWAT about a chick? Seemed like it could be about number of folk.I have to say You Can't Always Get What You Want is great song. But can't think of other Mick "she did me wrong" songs. Estranged Reality
But can't think of other Mick "she did me wrong" songs.Dancin' In the Street.I think he was talking about David Bowie, though. Kinda counts in a way. Edited May 19, 2008 by Estranged Reality

Estranged Reality
I think he was talking about David Bowie, though. Kinda counts in a way.who? Marvin Gaye? I think Bowie was the "taker" in that relationship if you know what I mean. Jagger is a bit preening but Bowie seems to be wearing a lady's outfit and tries to grab Jagger a few too many times.Watching that video is a good way of destroying two of your greatest musical heroes at the same time. I don't give a shit if they were fucking each other but I do take issue with the fact that they are wearing pastels, acting like school girls and Jagger seems to be sporting a genuine Funeral style mullet. moreblack
Somehow I don't think this is how Marvin intended the song be used. oh well.I never thought Bowie would be the catcher in that relationship...
