Kinda reminds me of the 2010 equivalent of Use Your Illusion where you can fault it for being so over-the-top but, at the same time, that's part of its charm."Devil in a New Dress" is something I want to light up to soon. Some things don't work but a lot of things do. I'll agree that its not 10, (Despite more reviews pouring in saying it is) but it by far my favorite album of the year. Even if it's not my favourite album of the year it's one of the most captivating albums I've heard in a long time...I used to think Kanye was good but overrated but now I'm definitely getting the hype.
