Splash_M
I was at Monday Night RAW's taping earlier this evening, and couldn't help noticing the WrestleMania promos are using Chinese Democracy as the soundtrack.. could be a lovely bit of promotion given that WWE tends to do really cheesy plugs via the commentary team & sometimes the Superstars

Freddie Mercury's Ghost
The US tour starts in February, and WrestleMania is April 3rd in Atlanta, GA.A performance there would make sense.

TiedHands
Yeah, they used the title track for the theme song for the WWE Armageddon PPV in December of '08. WrestleMania is a HUGE stage for any artist, you're talking about 80,000 people in attendance and millions watching around the world. It's great exposure for anyone... Axl Rose aka God
So anything further on this? I was watching RAW, didn't catch Guns though...
Axl Rose aka God
After watching RAW back, I think you're confusing the beginning sounds with the Chinese Democracy beginning sounds. I guess live, they could sound similar. They're not the same though.
Drakestar
i could see it working (unfortunately) since Axl seems to like fictional characters that act authentic (ie. TPB's).

Eddie Money
Would be awesome! I live here and although I hate wrestling these days (used to love it), I'll support anything GNR related.
