outside of the nolan batman movies, i really dislike superhero movies. they are the same shit movie after movie.

Agree with these 2, but please no more reboots, especially on batman. The last trilogy was pretty good.

The Amazing Spider Man was actually pretty cool, far better that its previous versions.

Marvel and DC have hundreds of characters, who had their own books that ran for many issues...

For Marvel, why no Dr. Strange? Vision & Scarlett Witch? Dazzler? New Warriors?

For DC. Why no Nightwing? Impulse?

I actually think Doom Patrol is a great TV Series/Movie that not only comic book movie producers are sleeping on, but movie producers as whole.

its basically about the people who clean up the mess (destroyed building, cars, etc.) after heroes and villians fight. excellent premise, imo.

Yes, exactly. I agree in total. Dr. Strange would be so awesome!

Also great a movie about Quicksilver/Crimson Witch/Polaris or indeed Crimson Witch and Vison.

Because most people don't know who Dr Strange, Crimson Witch et al are, especially compared to Batman, Spiderman etc.

But most didn't know Blade either and it still was a succes. Maybe because of the economic situation, they are too afraid to take a risk. But I hope they will one day, cause there are some great other characters to make a movie of. Edited June 14, 2013 by MBRose

The best thing about this issue is that you don't have to go see a movie if you don't want to.

I'm not a superman fan, so they could release 8 super man movies a year and it wouldn't effect me in the least bit.

Guardians of the Galaxy is coming out next year, hopefully that will be a little bit different to the typical superhero storyline.
