Raz0r
(hennemusic) Boston are set to release a new album, "Life, Love & Hope", on December 3. The band's sixth album is the first release since 2002's "Corporate America."Music Tap reports there's few details about the new record, except that it will not feature vocals from the band's late singer, Brad Delp. In 2011, singer Michael Sweet left the group to return to Stryper, as singer Tommy DeCarlo maintained lead vocals for Boston on the road. The 2013 edition of Boston features leader/guitarist Tom Scholz, guitarists Gary Pihl and David Victor, singer Tommy DeCarlo, bassist Tracy Ferrie and drummer Curly Smith. more on this story: http://www.hennemusic.com/2013/10/boston-to-release-new-album-this-fall.html
RussTCB
First of all, I had NO IDEA that Michael Sweet was ever with Boston! I'll need to head to YouTube and find some video of him singing the classics just to see how he sounds on them.Having said that, I'm leery about a Boston album without Brad but I'll still take a listen. Raz0r
I'm not a big Boston fan, don't really know much of them other than "More Than A Feeling". I know their first record was a classic, but other than that track it didn't really do much for me, and I never listened to anything other than that. That said, they've always interested me and peaked my curiosity because they influenced a ton of my favorite 80's hard rock bands. So, yeah. I'll probably give this a listen too. Lol. AxlisOld
No Brad Delp, no Boston.Though Delp couldn't sing anymore, a lot of people think that may have led to his suicide. Edited October 8, 2013 by AxlisOld
classicguns4life
They did it with the third album. I'm sure this will be no different, and just as terrible.

luciusfunk
Isn't Tommy DeCarlo the Home Depot dude? He was pretty good from what I remember.

chevelle
They can't want to keep touring More Than A Feeling and Other Songs that badly, could they? Put it to bed already.
