will dj learn riad?

Recommended Posts

When did DJ say that his part in Riad was "too hard", are you guys kidding?, lol.

Dead fucking serious  He said it in the Nightrain chat. http://www.mygnrforum.com/index.php?/topic/203935-dj-ashba-live-chat-on-the-nightrain-update-thread-211113-11pm-est-event-over/

That's hilarious...

He moaned how "Ron and Richard" gave him the hardest part, he's trying to sound like the unwilling guitar hero. Give me a break, this guy needs to stop asking his bandmembers how to play parts and purchase the 'Chinese Democracy tab book', it's available at all good book stores. rock3

He said the song was the hardest to master, doesn't mean he can't play it. Stop being so dramatic.

Love your sig, robin2002.

Thank you Smoking Baby. I've recently went back and listened to some 2001/2002 bootlegs, man that band was awesome, went and listened to a 2009 gig and I actually got mad at how bad it was, although I can't exclusively blame DJ though to be fair, Axl wasn't sounding great either and I don't particularly like Rons noodling/noises/terrible backing vox.

I wouldn't say he's mastered any of the material but he still attempts to play it so what's the difference?

Are you talking CD material? Then yes it seems like a struggle at times.

But on the old material especially songs like Out Ta Get Me, Brownstone etc... he nails that shit better than Robin and Slash ever could.
