It is a popular meal in Britain, couple of burgers and a plate of chips. You need a fork and knife for that.In the states those come wrapped in lettuce so it can still be eaten with the hands.They do here too, but realistically it's still easier to eat with a knife and fork, the lettuce doesn't hold everything together like bread does.
