31illusions
I met and got my pic with Adler right after a show. Considering it was him who inspired me to play drums it was one of the best days of my life.
DieselDaisy
Any of the old band really, the appetite group and Sorum and Clarke. I am not much of an autography/photo hunter however. They are just people at the end of the day. Just because I like Appetite, it doesn't mean I have anything in common with these people, or, that there is any purpose for me meeting them. Who cares? They are just people. Stradlin is my favourite member though so I suppose him if I had to choose - but really, I am not bothered.I actually did wait out for Slash after a Snakepit gig in sheffield, but then got rather bored after five minutes and went to the pub haha. There are some far more hardcore fans here than me I am afraid.
ChristmasFnatic
Actually Bucket may be just as hard to meet as Izzy. I'm the only person I've ever seen on here that got a picture with him. He wouldn't sign my Chinese Democracy vinyl but oh well. Why wouldnt he? What did he say?He didn't say anything but his manager/handler said no for him. I had on my AFD shirt and this guy made it clear that Bucket wanted nothing to do with Gn'R. The pic is on here in a thread I started about it. I was the only person waiting after the show behind the building. Oh so it was after he left? Damn, wouldnt even acknowledge his past work...It was years after like Spring 2012. I heard the name Buckethead in guitar magazines before he joined Gn'R but I became a fan of his work while he was in Guns. I mean maybe he thought I was an ebayer but considering the vinyl was personally signed to my name by Dizzy, Rich and Ron it'd be awfully hard to sell. I know Bucket doesn't owe me anything for buying a ticket to see him besides a performance but turning down one fan is kinda lame.Yeah man, that sucks, esp if youre a fan of theirs for a long while now. Glad when I met Aerosmith, Slash, they were nice enough to talk for a minute. Though like your experience with Bucket, Aero didnt sign, but thats what were told hours before meeting them. Slash was pretty cool though.I actually did wait out for Slash after a Snakepit gig in sheffield, but then got rather bored after five minutes and went to the pub haha. There are some far more hardcore fans here than me I am afraid.LOL! Just 5 mins? I waited 5 hours just to have the best spot - front and center in an Aerosmith concert.
