Facekicker
Judge Michael Stokes QC said McCarthy's failure to turn up to court was "grossly unfair to the family of the victim" and warned that the 24-year-old would be tried in his absence if he failed to attend the next hearing. He said: "We live in a world where his human rights are such that nobody will force him to come to court."No-one thinks about the human rights of the victim or the victim's family."To quote Harry Callahan in Dirty Harry, 'I'm all broken up about his human rights'.Great stuff So, wise folks of mygnr, what other lines would you like to hear judges using in court?
