I don't think Tyler was trying to imply that he was behind the reunion. He was speaking from his own experiences when he and Joe broke up - he knew what they were missing out on and knows what Axl and Slash are missing out on by not playing together. Sure, Tyler loves the limelight, he's always been like this - I love him for it.

a number of ppl have took credit so its not all directed at Steven.

i really don't see why they would go at Stevens neck anyway as they are all fans of Aerosmith/were inspired by them plus Steven even said he wasn't taking credit
